I do not recommend ordering here at all! The service is low, and the food leaves much to be desired. I made an order at 10:00, and expected delivery from 16:30 to 18:30, but everything was delivered only at 20:00! No apologies, no warnings, what's going on is just awful. No phone number was provided for communication, and the office is closed after 19:00. At the same time, they took the money from me right away.
The food wasn't worth the money at all. For 326 rubles, I got a real "failure". The food wasn't delicious, the rolls were falling apart, and the rice wasn't ready. The only thing I liked was the kish, but that's not enough to fix the overall horror. Next time, I think I'll order something more reliable than this place. Honestly, I'd rather try a Scandinavian fish cake — I hope that at least it wouldn't disappoint.

Never order anything here! Not only is it expensive, but it's not delicious, and you haven't heard anything about the service here! The girl who takes orders is not customer-oriented at all. We took a set of eclairs for a friend's birthday and were delighted. The fillings with shrimp and red fish are just top.

On 7/12/24 I ordered 4 kish....
This time they brought some kind of misunderstanding....having given 169p, I would like to get delicious food, and not dough filled with an omelet, did we run out of cream in the kitchen???? The fruit quiche was delicious, but the other 3 money thrown away was not tasty.
I put two stars only for delivery *, everything was delivered on time and * for 1 sweet quiche, it was delicious.

I ordered kishi with delivery here. My impressions were twofold. Firstly, they require 100% prepayment.
I don't know if they all have it, or depending on the volume. But yes, they asked to make an advance payment not even 50%, but 100 at once. Secondly. In the reviews that I read before ordering, they wrote that the food arrives cold. I thought it was due to the slow delivery. But no! I ordered at the very first morning interval, the delivery place where I ordered is almost next to them, they even arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected. The courier opened the thermos bag and took out cold quiches! Why do I need a thermos bag if the quiches are brought cold? Or is its function in this institution, on the contrary, to keep the cold? Well, it's not serious at all. Just don't say that I just didn't ask. Yes, I didn't ask, because delivery from the restaurant by default implies that the food will be hot, at least warm. Who would like it if they brought him, for example, a cold pizza? If you initially plan to deliver yesterday's chilled food, you need to warn about this at the order stage.
And, a little bit about the good things. After being heated in the microwave, the quiches were very tasty. In fact, they are delicious, all of them. So the final score is 5 for taste, 1 for service, average 3.

We ordered delivery to the office in advance for a birthday from 11.00 to 12.30 (order number 126958), the food arrived at 13.30, an hour later. Naturally, everything was cold.
After writing to the manager about it, they decided to ignore me.
At the same time, the prepayment is 100%.
Bottom line: I don't recommend it if you don't want to spoil your holiday.

They forgot to put chicken and thigh flesh in the additional dish "Sorrel with chicken, egg and sour cream". It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. And there are quite a lot of such minor troubles. When applying, they admit guilt, repent, but they do not draw conclusions, nothing changes
