There is still no rating system, there is no way to leave a review on the ad page, the support service refuses to temporarily ban the promotion of ads by unscrupulous tenants, refuses to remove such ads from its website. Get ready for the prices in the ads on the realt website.the prices will be significantly different from the real ones that will be announced to you on the phone, the landlord will calmly dump you with housing at the last moment and nothing will happen to him for it.

I was looking for an apartment on a daily basis in Minsk on realt.by . I found several ads with the specified price and the agent's contact information. When I contacted the agent, the price for the same object was completely different (almost doubled) than the one listed on the website. I wrote a complaint to the website about this ad, to which I received a response that we were not responsible for the content of the ads. Dear owners of the portal, I would like to remind you that specifying the price in the announcement is an offer (an official offer to conclude a deal at the specified price) from the point of view of Civil Law and obliges to fulfill the terms of the offer (in this case, the price). If you post such ads on your website, and then write that you are not responsible for the content, then this is complicity in fraud on the part of dishonest realtors.

Fast and convenient. Periodically, I have to look for an apartment for friends who come on a business trip. If you don't buy into the low price tags, the apartment is rented on the first ring. Without any "they've already taken it off, look at this...".
