We bought an apartment in Dubai. We invested together with my sister, so we needed legally competent support. We helped at the Realate agency. The broker held a zoom meeting, explaining everything clearly and in detail. It's expensive there, it's not profitable there, there's a developer here… If there were all such employees working in sales in Yekaterinburg, as in the Realate Pro agency, there is no commission, no fees for legal assistance and profitability calculation, even for free. The 24-hour communication support surprised me too. There was an experience when our realtor was 2 hours late for a deal and the phone was not a subscriber. And then I felt like a VIP client.
