Nice new modern airport. There is even a decent, albeit small, business lounge with a buffet and a good selection of alcohol. All procedures at the airport are clearly organized, I visited the airport 4 times, there are no complaints.

I really liked the new, clean, comfortable airport!
There is a lot of space in the waiting room.
Quick passport control.
Big dutifrey.
Good air conditioning.
The design of the waiting areas for transfers from hotels is something amazing, the exit bar is too!
At the exit, you can rent a car, withdraw money.
The only thing that is very expensive is food at the food court.
But we were in the VIP waiting area, so we comfortably spent time there.

A great, big airport. Which in itself is unexpected. Everything is very comfortable: registration is fast, inspection and passport control too! All together, in the month of June, it took us 25 minutes. 👍 there is also a dutik, the price is the same as at other airports in Turkey, except of course the new Istanbul airport)))
Conclusion - you can arrive 1.5 hours before departure, so as not to wait long.

Ercan Airport in northern Cyprus left a great impression on me. Very positive emotions were caused by the quality of duty-free stores with their good budget prices. Especially noticeable is the variety of alcoholic beverages, among which there were such exclusive editions that are not even available in continental Turkey, for example, Olmeca tequila – chocolate liqueur.
The food court, located on the second floor of the airport, was not too diverse, but in general the service turned out to be very decent. The airport is served by Turkish airlines, and I am pleased to note that there were practically no delays and overlaps. There were no queues, so you can safely arrive in advance, if this method is convenient for you.
In general, Ercan Airport in northern Cyprus offers a high quality of service and amenities for passengers. Thanks to the excellent work of the staff and the absence of problems in the process, everything goes like clockwork.
I put a four only because it can be compared with the new airport in Istanbul :-)!

The new airport is much bigger than the past. Plenty of space, comfortable waiting rooms, especially with privilege (service and food are excellent). Check-in is fast enough, there are a lot of counters, people arrived 1 5 hours before departure.

The airport is very small, but it has a decent Duty Free (even two), a cafe, a toilet (untidy and dirty), a business lounge, free Wi-Fi. We took off at night, there were very few people.
There are 4 check-in counters and 4 boarding gates. It's a walk to the plane, but it's close.
The scoreboard is very modest, it shows the flight number, time, city, but the boarding gate is not specified. Although it is impossible to get lost here.
If you arrive here, there are also only two baggage claim tapes. And another Duty Free.
I have read a lot about the boorish attitude of employees - I have not encountered it. We flew with my husband and daughter. At the registration, we were given seats not together, but immediately exchanged so that we could sit next to each other. Without additional payments and requests from our side. During the inspection of hand luggage, my daughter was allowed to leave water and juice in her backpack, although they were taken away in Antalya.
The flight took off without delay, but the boarding was opened later than it was written on the ticket.

The most terrible place in the world, I have never met with such an attitude , there are empty shelves in the business hall , empty bottles. The boorish attitude of the employees . Due to the fault of the employee, we missed our flight because she forgot to announce the flight departure. There is not a single TV or screen in the hall, the flight was delayed more than once, and postponed, as a result, we were told to wait and we would be informed about the departure , but she simply forgot about the passengers from Moscow.
