I ordered an interior trim for a Honda Civic on the website, it came, but as it turned out, it was from a right-hand drive car, an Englishwoman. When I asked why this information was not listed in the ad, Seller Zakhar replied that it was necessary to verify the RF number and they were not responsible. As a result, a paid refund and shipping charges are in the negative, equal to the cost of the spare part itself. I consider this omission unacceptable and absolutely illegal. Wasted time and money due to the lack of professionalism of the staff.
