The most interesting thing with orders, according to their own rules, delivery is 49/59, or something is compensated, I don't need compensation, everyone understands, Saturday, a lot of orders, the most interesting thing is in my personal account, the order is placed at 19:32, at 20:34 it turns out the order is completed, but there is still no courier. According to the order data, it was clear that the order was ready at 20:02 and awaiting shipment. As a result, I was 20 minutes late, the pizza is cold, but again we understand everything, it's Saturday. But the very attitude of this fast food. They're like children, but they'll ask or they won't ask. Well, why write these rules yourself? And of course, we do not publish negative reviews in the application through moderation.
