I will explain why I put 3, they skip without numbers (electronic queue) since they say there is a live queue (not in all windows), someone takes a number and the bazaar begins, while those who were responsible for the queue pretend that they are not aware... Good teamwork reduces queues! I plan to visit this institution in October, I hope and believe that everything will be at its best!!!

Awful.They don't answer the phone.I called the head pension fund.The boss was talking on his cell phone with his friend.I couldn't even check in the database whether the pension was sent. The call center actually killed.I hardly waited for my turn.Then I started asking a hundred questions.And I couldn't answer the question when the pension will be received.not a high-quality job.You work with pensioners mostly.Set up your phones and answer the questions.No one calls you just like that.
