We had a rest in a corner of Paradise (I don't put quotes consciously, because it really is) in May of this year. A very beautiful, well-kept courtyard surrounded by flowers and greenery. The fabulous scent of blooming roses and oranges. Spotless cleanliness everywhere. The hostess Marina monitors this strictly, does not let the Twig fall))) constantly sweeps, cleans, cleans. Marina is a very responsive, good person. She is always sincerely sympathetic and interested in making her guests enjoy their holidays. She met us and saw us off, for which we are very grateful to her.
There is a shared kitchen with plenty of cookware, both for cooking and for eating. Cozy rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay: split, bedside tables, wardrobe, night lights (who likes to read at night). The sea is really behind the gate, you sit in the yard and listen to the sound of the waves. In the morning, with a cup of tea / coffee, you go out the gate and admire the sea! ⛵
There are shops nearby. I really liked the "Black Sea", where there is a wide selection of products, goods and pleasant prices.
Would you like to visit the guest house "Paradise corner" for relaxation? Definitely yes.

It is very cozy, comfortable and beautiful! The hosts have provided everything for the guests! The sea is right behind the site. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. I really liked everything!
I will add a review six years later: during this time, our relatives and friends have visited here on our recommendation! Everyone is absolutely delighted with this truly heavenly corner! If you need a good rest, peace, external aesthetics, comfort - here you will get it all with a vengeance! Thank you for having the opportunity to enjoy your vacation and get such a boost of energy for the year ahead! We love this place with all our heart!

Guys, we had a very chic and comfortable rest in September . The weather is whispering .I recommend. There are Many , Many excursions . The hostess is a sincere person . He will tell you everything and guide you . The furniture and service are home-made. We are glad that we came here . We will definitely come back more than once . We thank the hostess Marina for a wonderful vacation.

I strongly advise against it! The place is good only because of the proximity of the sea. That's where all the good things end. The hostess constantly lies and refuses her words. She says she didn't know that garbage is burned all along the coast every evening. And the stench is unbearable. Of course I knew! Does not indicate in the ad that she has three huge dogs that are not in a closed enclosure! But just behind a fence, one meter high and very aggressive towards people and children.And when you turn to the hostess with any kind of pretension, she immediately takes it with hostility. Says :- "Don't you like something? No one is keeping you here! ". And the most important thing!!! Under every negative review, the hostess ALWAYS blames the guests themselves! Guests with claims automatically become alcoholics and rowdies! )) Absolutely everything) Think a hundred times, read ALL the reviews and decide for yourself - do you want to check for yourself what this "Corner" will be for you? Heavenly? Unfortunately, not for us...

When I was looking for a place to settle in, I definitely read the reviews. And reading the negative reviews about this hostess, I did not want to believe in them because there are still more positive ones. But unfortunately our vacation was spoiled by the attitude of the hostess. Choosing from a variety of ads, I was looking for a place where animals are accepted. I have a mini toy terrier, baby. And it was mandatory for me that there were no dogs in the yard. If the owner Marina had warned me that she had four dogs in the yard, I would never have come to her. I would have chosen another place! When we arrived, I was just shocked, two huge Rottweilers were walking freely behind a meter-long fence! If desired, for such dogs it is not an obstacle at all, they will jump over easily. To my surprise, the hostess advised me not to let my baby go for a walk in the yard. It's even funny which one to release?! I was running with my dog in my arms, every time I tried to slip past these Rottweilers ready to devour us. Ready to jump out and attack. I'm not afraid of dogs, but these five days that we stayed at Marina's, I was really very scared! And the most interesting thing is, when I complained to Marina with tears in my eyes that I was afraid to walk past her dogs, she replied: "Don't be afraid, if the dogs jump out, they won't touch you, your dog- yes, they will tear you up, of course, but they won't touch you!" How is this even possible?! And her hospitality ("service") I can describe it with the same phrase: - "Don't you like something? No one is keeping you here."
We moved out the day after those words... The hostess is nice to you as long as everything suits you. So, when reading reviews, do not ignore the negative ones. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to them, and the hostess, under every negative review, blames the guests themselves. Here is such a "paradise " corner ((

In August 2023, we had a family vacation in this place for the sixth year in a row. We have a big family: my husband, me, four children and my mother. For the past five years, Natalia Mikhailovna has been the hostess at this place. This year the hostess is Marina. Our vacation was ruined. The hostess Marina flooded us with complaints every day. Such as sand from the beach in the showers or sand from the beach on the street paths, I looked through the products in the refrigerators and told who and what to put where. Only wall-mounted air conditioners work, floor-mounted air conditioners do not work at all. She allowed the air conditioners to be used at her discretion. She made a scandal if the air conditioner was turned on during the day. I turned off the lights in the rooms. On the children's birthday at 21:40, she called the police and asked us all to be evicted. When the police squad arrived, he saw sober adults sitting at a table and playing a board game, children were sitting next to him and eating a cake. They looked at us very sympathetically and told her that they couldn't do anything, and asked us to try to find a common language with her. After this incident, Marina did not come out to us for two days. Our guys took the gas cylinder to refuel themselves, because Marina said that they had to wait another four days. When the guys asked her for money for refueling the balloon, she withheld 500 rubles. and said that it was due to the broken mug and glass that we bought years earlier. The things that I gave to the laundry were returned to me in dirty fresh stains. When I asked what happened, I was offered to overdo it, but the money for the laundry was withheld from me in full, as if I had washed several times. Later it turned out that the hostess's washing machine had broken down and while it was being repaired, my things were lying on the ground. I paid for all the laundry and did not ask unnecessary questions, did not come into conflict with the hostess at all, because after our departure my mother was supposed to stay there for another three days, who broke her leg on the eve of the trip. Marina and I discussed that Mom would stay for another three days after our departure, and she agreed. But as soon as we left, the next day Marina came up to my mom and said she had to move out because she didn't have any empty seats. I had to call the police myself and ask them for help. The police said that since we have everything in words, and there is no confirmation of payment, they cannot help us. Thank God for all these years, we have made good friends in Abkhazia who helped arrange my mother in a good place, where she lived for these three days. During the days that we did not live with Marina, but which we paid for, she never returned the money to us. Guys, be careful and take at least a receipt from the hostess for the money given, so as not to get into the same situation. We have been gathering in this place all these years as one big company from different parts of Russia. This place used to be a second home for us. None of us are coming here anymore.

Great place! A couple of steps to the beach, there are no people on the beach, the sea is calm in the morning, there is excitement in the evening. The rooms are clean and cozy, with air conditioning. There is a lot of space for children to frolic. There is Wi-Fi!
