A good hotel, friendly staff, everything is provided for a normal stay. Good cuisine, high-quality and varied food. I was impressed by the spa, especially the massage therapist Alfia. The rest in October was wonderful. Warm sea, friendly staff. I recommend it!

There is a water park on site for both adults and separately for the youngest. No one bothers anyone. 2 large swimming pools, access to your own beach. Everything is very convenient. They are fed for slaughter, very tasty and varied! Fish and meat in different versions every day. Of course, without pork. The freshest everything. Greens, fruits and vegetables are just in bulk. We went as a family and were very happy. For those who do not have excessive requirements and are set to relax, this is a great place. There is a shopping center in front of the hotel, open until 00.00. You can hang on. There is a line of shops nearby, where, in principle, the same thing, but cheaper. There was a week, there was no desire to leave the hotel) with animation norms, intensively throughout the day. But in the evenings, if it's boring without company.

My family and I lived on the 2nd floor, as soon as you go down there is a swimming pool, a restaurant. The room is small, but 4 was enough for us, we only came to sleep or rest. The sea is not far from 100 meters, there is a bar on the way, you can have a snack. The shore is pebbly, it's hard to enter. In the early days, they used to do that. Then we started climbing the ramp to the pier and from there into the sea and up the stairs, but my 12-year-old granddaughter and I jumped from the pier 2 m high. Great! We didn't go out for 2 hours, the sea is so warm and clean. I personally liked it. But my daughter and granddaughter said that it doesn't match 5 stars. They've been to Siena before, it's really 5 stars.

A pleasant family-run hotel. A great water park.a beautiful small green area. There are a lot of Russian - speaking staff . Ice cream from 12 to 16 ( sort of ) is free. Imported alcohol is available in the lobby bar (balantis whiskey, Olmeca tequila). Tuborg beer is draught . They were in July 2024. The rooms were confused by the air conditioning, very cold. And the cleaning was so-so , even the shampoo was not replenished . The service was better in cheaper hotels. But these are all cons, there are more pros)

The numbers are given to the favorites of anyone who is lucky. The whole stay is a persistent smell of kanashka in the rooms. Cleaning, if cleaning, then only the replacement of towels. The TV was not working in our room. The glass balconies are large. Free WiFi throughout the property and on the beach. Free safe. We didn't have Rotavirus with us, the guys were scrubbing and washing. I don't know about the pools, the places have been occupied since the night by foreigners. In general, the hotel is not designed for such a large number of people, there were not enough places either at the basik or in the restaurant. The hotel is located in the village, there is nowhere to go, unless you go to the right km 2 of the shopping center and 3 km from the hotel migros is in the Alara shopping center. The hotel itself is located in Kyzylot (Side) and behind our hotel there is a river and Okurjalar (Alanya) begins. Animation I don't know, the bass player had something in the afternoon, at 21 a disco, then a concert like. Good water park. The food is normal, everything is there, everything is brought if it ends, the men have something to feed both fish and meat. The beach is big, there were always places with us, but the storm destroyed the pier and it was opened with us only on the afternoon and all 7 days the sea stormed the saddest of course. The beach is a large pebble entrance to the sea, there is sand on the beach itself, buy sneakers, it is hard and painful to go in without them, this is the first time I have encountered stones in all the years. We liked the rest myself, I took the hotel for three days and didn't really read the reviews. Take the mood. But I won't go a second time because of the location.

We went with the whole family, my husband and a small child for four years, in June from June 10, June 17, I am very happy with the hotel, the territory is large, we were given a large spacious room on the seventh floor overlooking the road, but maybe it's for the best peace and quiet in the room, cleaned every day!!!There really were no swans, the sea is very clean! security guards, gardeners work on the territory of the room, animation is good. Every day the food is different, but meager there is not enough porridge for breakfast, we did not try all the alcohol, unless the "beer" beer was good!it is not diluted, in general, we were satisfied with the rest, there are many Foreigners in the hotel, the hotel is considered European, there were no conflicts with anyone. We met many couples, some of them come here only for the second or third time.

We visit Turkey 3-4 times a year.
It's worse than the Reymar Hotel has ever been seen. There is dirt everywhere and complete unsanitary conditions. There is basically one girl working at the reception who does not know how to communicate with guests. She checked us into a room with torn wallpaper, a dirty toilet and no toiletries. They asked to change the room, she said, only for an additional fee. They paid $ 110 extra, gave the same room, only 2 floors above.
There are always dirty unwashed dishes in the restaurant, it's just scary to pick up mugs. There is constantly not enough food for everyone. Frenzied queues. To get a table is quite a quest.
We arrived late in the evening, we didn't have time for dinner. We offered a night restaurant - there was only one tomato soup.
My husband, daughter and I sat in a room with rotovirus for 3 days. We talked to the vacationers, 90% had the same thing. Apparently, not only because of the dirty dishes. In the pools, everything is also very bad with cleaning.
All those who write good reviews about this hotel - most likely they were just bought.
The only thing that was super was the sea. It is an unreal blue color and very clean.
Entering the sea is difficult, rocks.
We always came in from the pier.
In general, the hotel does not even pull in 4 stars.
If you want at least some kind of service, you definitely don't need to come here!

I must say right away that the review is based on a comparison of staying at this hotel three times. Initially, we rested in August 2018 and 2019. In October 2024, we planned to go to another one, but just a few days before departure, we were informed that the hotel we chose would not be able to accept, due to the early closure of the season. We offered options with the preservation of our criteria of rest and based on the past positive impression we chose Raymar. But it was not there ...
we arrived at the hotel around 12.00. A room with a sea view was booked. We were checked in immediately, but in a room completely unsuitable for the conditions of our tour. Into some kind of "darkness cockroach" with the most minimal narrow side view of the sea. It turned out to be a room in a narrow "sleeve" of the building and at the exit to the balcony, literally 2 meters in front of the same second narrow part of the building. As a result, the view from the room is more correct to say "balcony to balcony", but definitely not the sea view ((( because of this, in almost all rooms, people always had to be covered with thick curtains, otherwise you are completely in full view of everyone... Later that day, there were several witnesses of foreigners being settled in normal rooms with a good view, but further down the corridor from us, in our part of the corridor there were solid Russian neighbors. And by the way, the hotel was about 2/3 full, in the building opposite on the lower floors it was perfectly visible that the rooms were completely empty and according to the occupancy of tables in the main restaurant and sun beds by the pool and on the beach - there were a huge number of free places at any time of the day.
The pier was still open, everyone was swimming and always. The sea is quite warm, the air temperature in the afternoon is from 28... 35, in the morning from 21. The heat was much easier to bear than in summer. In the evenings, of course, it is cooler already than in summer, I had to throw on a sweater for a walk.
By the pool, I repeat, sun beds are freely available. The indoor pool was always closed (!)
All bars were open according to the stated time.
Animation is like in summer - aqua aerobics, yoga, water polo, football and volleyball on the beach, in the evening mini disco and adult programs, just not in the amphitheater, but at the bar.
The Internet is free, Wi-Fi caught well, even from the beach you could freely make video calls via messenger.
Regarding the room itself. It can be seen that the room stock is wearing out and aging. The standard is as usual. Upon arrival, there were absolutely no bath accessories for 1 person. The fixings for dispensers in the shower and at the sink for liquid soap were without fillers throughout the holiday.... According to past experience, shampoos, shower gels, soap and other small items were replenished daily based on the number of people. We contacted the reception - they brought us 1 shampoo for all of us once ... A comb. That's it! Fortunately, we had everything basic with us, but somehow we did not expect this. On the last day, just a few hours before departure, 3 sets of shampoo, conditioner, gels and bath stuff were brought...Towels were changed, but also according to some scheme of their own, bath towels could be replaced, the rest could not, or vice versa, only bring a fresh foot towel, and leave the rest wet... It's kind of weird in general. I went to the reception a couple of times, but then I didn't do it anymore, because it was useless. My husband told me not to get on my nerves) The bed linen was replaced only 1 time!!!
On nutrition. In my opinion, it is quite diverse - a lot of vegetables, meat in abundance, there was always fish in stock, tortillas, sweets, soups, greens, etc. Fruits - melons, apples, plums, pears, pomegranates, tangerines, grapefruit. There were no watermelons and bananas at all, although the guide advertised to us that there is now an abundance of this in the region... The only thing that struck me in the restaurant was that both tables with hot dishes were absolutely identical. Usually the assortment is wider, perhaps due to the end of the season, the NC was greatly reduced. But this is so, my observation, the assortment was enough for us)
After renovation this year, the hotel changed its appearance from bright and modern and turned into a dungeon, while of course acquiring a national flavor - columns, stucco, vaults, stained glass, etc. Well, it's not critical here, for an amateur, as they say. A huge children's playground appeared in the children's pool, but for some reason it was completely unsuccessful among children and was almost always empty. His sunbeds were always free. We did a redevelopment in the main restaurant.
The lobby on the basement was a huge success at the peak of the heat itself, all the sofas were occupied, but now, apart from changing the interior, it has almost lost normal lighting. It's almost completely dark there. The lobby has turned from a bright one into a gloomy and gloomy one. In a word, it's creepy. There is also a grand piano at the entrance, but now it is inaccessible to vacationers... The keys with the lid are wrapped with a scratch film so that no one can play it apparently...
A small shopping center was built on the street, just opposite the central entrance. Prices are space! The assortment is standard - textiles, sweets, souvenirs, furs, leather. If you go further from the hotel, on the left, literally a 15-minute walk away, on the opposite side there are a lot of small shops and retail outlets with prices 2-3 times cheaper.
Globally, we went on vacation and beyond the sea and the sun - and we got it all in full, I described the rest of the moments. I understand that a lot of things in the hotel depend on the manager or managers, but Raymar is no longer the same ((If you had a vacation there for the first time, perhaps the experience would be better, but in the future we will no longer consider it as a vacation destination.

We arrived on 1.11, drove 1.5 hours to the hotel, arrived at 21.00, there was nothing to eat at that time, everything was closed, the so-called late dinner opened at 23:30, there was lentil soup, a couple of cheeses. The children don't eat it, so they stayed hungry. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10, ice cream is served from 12:30 to 14 (delicious). Lunch from 12:30 to 14, dinner from 18:30 to 20. The rooms mostly overlook the highway, it's noisy to sleep. The territory of the hotel is not small, the entrance is rocky to the sea (take coral slippers), the food is monotonous every day, but there is always fish and chicken, it's not the season and they don't have time to cook, half raw meat, I imagine what's going on here in the season ... now the hotel is half full. The room cleaning is terrible, or rather not at all, until you go to the reception and tell them to clean the room, for 8 days of stay the floor was washed 1 time. The towel was changed 2 times. The staff is all friendly, they speak Russian quite well. There is no animation, neither for children nor for adults. The rooms are tired. There is nowhere near the hotel to walk around. We took the bus to Manavgat, there we changed to the 10 bus and went to Nova Mall, we had to take bus 2 back. Prices in nova Mall are more expensive than in other stores, so there is nothing much to buy there. If you want to buy something, you need to go to Antalya, because in Alanya there is also nothing to choose in the Alanium shopping center, it is very small

Just arrived from this hotel, there were two adults and 2 children (5.10 years old) for 7 days.The territory is small, there is little animation, but 2 interesting water parks for adults and children and close to the sea. The claim to the hotel is that the rooms are very dirty and no one will deign to clean. I went into the room at night, the room was not cleaned, there were dirty footprints on the floor, there were no towels at check-in, EVEN the BED LINEN was NOT CHANGED, it was very scary to take a shower without slippers and touch something in the room once again too, you will not wait for soap and shower gels from cleaning) they are cleaned very badly, just they smear dirt all over the room. The vacation lasted 7 days, 5 of which lay in the room because she was poisoned, you will not find clean cutlery and dishes in the hotel, the food is 3/10, it feels like a bad housewife is cooking, it is almost impossible to ventilate because every evening you will feel the unforgettable aroma of goat or rotten cheese. The hotel is located on the first line, so there will be absolutely nothing nearby. In the neighboring hotel, music plays every evening until 00:00, which can be heard with the balcony closed. The smell of the canyga from the toilet is such that we had to insist on moving in the evening. In the new room 301, we were given soap and shampoo on the third day. Although I asked the cleaner all the time. They all speak Russian very well there. They are all from Kyrgyzstan. The cleaning lady on our floor is a separate story. He takes the money, but cleans up every other day and not everywhere. Everything is stable with the food in the hotel. The same dishes for lunch and dinner and every day. Nothing new. Alcohol has been a problem since day one. He disappears into bars. There is only beer and vodka. The hotel is generally normal, albeit old. The menu at the alyakart restaurant is very different. I liked both the Turkish and the fish restaurant.

Good evening, we visited this hotel in October! Terrible room cleaning , there 's nothing to say , it didn 't happen at all , and yet when I told the manager that , she wasn 't surprised ! We chose the hotel based on the photo, but you can't believe the photo! The hotel is dead , broken everywhere, there is no living place there, apparently the renovation of the hotel was somewhere in the 90s. The staff - well , how to put it decently ... if you can have a drink, then be sure that you will be kicked out of the hotel, as happened to us, for any question of the regulations or at least some document, only threats were poured against us! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great hotel, this is the fifth hotel I've stayed at. I can say that it is not much inferior to others! Yes, the repair is not very good, but everything is compensated by excellent service, food, territory and of course the sea! The beach is full of free sunbeds, both on the pier and on the shore. The lifeguard always watches the swimmers from morning to evening! The animators are funny, they try to come up with something new every day. We checked into a two-room family room. The refrigerator or mini bar was replenished every day - juice, water, minimal water. As for nutrition, it is diverse. Lots of fruits and ice cream, eat as much as you want! In short, a normal stay in a normal hotel. Checked in on 07/6.24 at the time of writing the review, still at the hotel!

I've never seen this before !!!!! , I arrived at night, I was placed ... we went into the room - dirty towels on the bathroom floor, half-empty bottles of gel and shampoo! Such a pleasure, the food in general is normal, but there are very few meat dishes, cheese, baklava rice and sausages - and the choice is huge. The water in the pool looks clean. The sea is gorgeous - this is the only thing that pleasantly surprised!

First, about the advantages: a stylish hotel with a well-groomed territory, two water parks, good food, its own beach without having to cross the road. A bold minus, because of which I can not put above three: We arrived at the height of Eid al-Adha, and the hotel turned out to be crowded. We were sent to another hotel for two nights. Moreover, no apologies or compensation were offered. At the moment when I categorically did not agree to a replacement, the manager said that the replacement was for 1 night, but in the end it still turned out to be two, they said about one to get rid of it. The substitute hotel was worse in many ways, and we were given a completely shitty room, and there were no places there either. The hotel guide was useless in this situation. In general, the attitude was pretty indifferent, and two days of rest were pretty spoiled. Keep this in mind when booking.

We arrived early, around 10 a.m. We sat and waited in the lobby. There were 3+1 of us, and we chose a family room that was improved. We were immediately given bracelets. We checked in closer to 14.00. But what a surprise it was from the quid room! Not even a room, but a kennel without a window, light, with dirt and nails by number🙈
I started to sort it out at the reception. The Russian-speaking administrator makes a dissatisfied look, is rude and does not move at the same time. I immediately went to the manager and was told that they would change the room the next day. And so it turned out. There was almost no Wi-Fi there. They said to do it, they reminded me, but no one cares! The room was on the 10th floor 1006. There is a lot of food in the dining room, but everything gets boring - almost everything is the same day after day. Fruits include watermelons, apples, sometimes grapes and plums, wooden peaches. At the bars, each employee tries to extort money from the guest. Watermelons are cut from 17-18 and such boors are standing there. They almost throw watermelons. Hot dogs with tasteless sausages, shawarma more or less. There is an eternal queue for tortillas. Sometimes you stand in line and they tell you "finish", but they have everything for their own. It's not pleasant. The cherry was that upon arrival home they found out that the bastard had stolen a box of lukum and a jar of nuts in honey from our suitcase! It's disgusting!!!

Disgusting. This is the worst hotel in the history of my travels. There is no cleaning in the rooms! Only after repeated reminders will they come, they will wipe the center of the room, leave dirt in the corners, you will run around asking for toilet paper, towels and linen are not changed. I asked you to give me a mop and a rag to clean the room myself. The food is of the same type. The alcohol is local, not tasty. I had to throw money at the bartender, so that at least the cocktails would please.
We had a 2-room, family room, which we received only on the second day, before that we were settled in two different rooms, on different floors in different parts of the hotel. The beach is pebbly, not cleaned, garbage. The pool is bleach, but thanks for not having rotovirus. The Avapark is not safe, there is no lifeguard there, and it's easier to kill yourself. No one monitors safety, but it is clear, saving a drowning person is the business of the drowning person himself. Children climb the slides when the water is turned off, they create game, no one cares.
A separate story is the public toilets on the territory of the hotel, all shitty, dirty, worse than at the train station.
It's just disgusting. After such a hotel, you want to come home to wash with bleach.

A good 5-star hotel. A good water park for both children and adults. The territory is compact, but everything is there.
The beach is pebbly, it is good to swim from the pier. There are no complaints about food, there is always something to choose. But I take off the star for cleanliness. The windows in the elevators haven't been wiped for weeks, it feels like you're driving, and it's all stained (glass is beautiful, but... Unpleasant) the rooms are not the first freshness, there are disadvantages, but it does not affect the rest.

We rested at this hotel at the end of May from 12-20.05, there were few tourists, but this is a plus.The room was given with a sea view on the 9th floor.They cleaned every day, water and juice were constantly replenished for children in the mini-bar.Shampoos and towels too.There is even a needle with threads, a nail file, a kettle with tea and coffee in the room!!! I would like to mention the girls -Dasha and Laura-who are engaged in animation-you are very smart, the kids had a lot of fun with you. I liked the water park and the slides very much.You could eat all day-in a restaurant, in a snack bar, a pastry shop, Gozleme tortillas from 12-16.00, ice cream for children from 12-16.The entrance to the sea is made of stone-take corals for children with you.There is a bazaar opposite the hotel-the prices are of course high, excursions were also taken there 6in1 Green Horse (I did not like it at all)for $ 30 per person-bargain the main thing-the Turks lower prices 😉Overall -the hotel is good-friendly staff , the food is delicious, and most importantly a private beach next to the sea!!!I recommend this hotel for families with children

We visited the Ottoman and fish restaurants, we really liked it! A wonderful Spa in the hotel, a wonderful real Hammam, my husband is undergoing a super massage course with Mr. Irfan, who has a medical degree, knows all the techniques of massage art (hot stones, therapeutic, shiatsu, acupuncture), is very pleased!!! A very nice young man Ramazan works at the beach bar - polite, friendly, makes delicious cocktails! Well done! Special thanks and a low bow to the chef of the hotel and his team! Everything is very tasty at home, lovingly cooked, a huge variety of dishes and treats, everything is fresh, high-quality, delicious;) The waiters are smart, they work quickly, clearly, they are always interested and bring drinks! Great hotel! We were with my son in mid-June 2024, 6 days 105 tons, we were very lucky the hotel was 40% full and for the first 4 days we just got high. In the remaining two days, 60% were settled and queues formed near the elevator and in the restaurant.
The hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day.
The food is varied, fresh, delicious
The sea is close, there are a lot of sunbeds
Two excellent water parks, a sauna, a hammam, they can also do a wonderful massage, the girls at the reception Vika and Alyona will be treated to delicious tea, after the massage they will be presented with a cream.
The rest was a success! I liked everything! I recommend it!

The hotel is for your money, there are no super rooms, there are no various dishes, but you can live, first of all, a very good beach and access to the sea, a pier, the territory is not large, but everything you need to eat, of course people with requests and big money will not like it here, but good people will like it, again, everything is according to prices! The three of us went with one child for 7 days for 200 thousand. I think this is good with the recent changes in the exchange rate.

The 5-star hotel wasn't even nearby. Mud. The weather. The territory is not well maintained. There is a 20-minute queue at the bar for a cocktail. Few sunbeds is not the right word. The restaurant is similar to the dining room in a pioneer camp. We arrived late in the evening and were offered only broccoli soup for a snack. Nothing else.
Don't give money at the reception, it won't help. We invested 10 euros for each room and got two rooms with a view of the road. And this is a huge highway. It makes noise all the time, night and day. It is not possible to sleep. The air conditioner in the room barely works. Shampoo and other things in the shower were simply not changed for us after the previous tenants were left crumpled and half-used. I have been to Turkey 7 times, the hotels were all sorts of 3, 4 and 5 stars. And not only in Turkey. This is by far the worst hotel I've seen. Choose another place don't spoil your vacation

Terrible hotel, we had a standard room, but it looks like super economy, I'll attach a photo. The windows do not close tightly, which is why the room is very noisy, you sleep as if on the street. The glass is on the floor, the bathroom is not cleaned properly, the curtains are visible in the photo. One day he was poisoned by food. The medic on duty said she could not help because they did not cooperate with the insurance company (Ingosstrakh). We contacted the insurance company, they said that we need to go ourselves to a certain hospital. In short, if you do not want your vacation to be spoiled, it is better not to choose this hotel.
