The service is terrible. We ordered food, waited for more than 15 minutes, and when we asked where our food was, the waiter said that it was already over. We could’ve ordered something else if notified earlier.
Then we left this place without eating anything and what is most funny - nobody apologized for this, even the manager who welcomed us initially.
That’s disgusting. They waste their customers’ time. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We waited 20 minutes just to be told the dish we ordered wasn’t even available. That’s not on the waiters alone, it points to poor communication and management. If you can’t inform guests about menu changes promptly, you’re wasting everyone’s time.

Very poor service. I took my mom and sister together, praising that they had very tasty kebabs. We went to a branch near the Gafur Gulyam Park. They said there were no beef kebabs left at all. There is only chicken and ground. I called +998783332875, this is their call center. I was told that in the Koratosh branch (near druzhba) there is a lumpy beef kebab.
