We tried to help with the problem with the existing account, although in the end it didn't work out very well. Not everyone speaks English, but there is at least one (middle-aged) employee who speaks Russian.

not very mandatory (they did not contact me on the status of the application until they came back themselves), we must very carefully monitor how the employees fill out the papers – they filled me out with a bunch of errors, as a result they refused to open an account
