Good location of the hotel, near the metro, 1 tram stop to the Grand Bazaar. Nearby there are restaurants, clothing stores, there is a convenience store (groceries) in the alley. Attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are small, there is a kettle, hairdryer, ironing board, iron; water, tea are replenished every day, towels, disposable slippers, gel, liquid soap, shampoo in large containers. There are rooms with 3 separate beds. The disadvantages are that there is little space for clothes, only 1 small closet per room, there is no closet at the entrance for outerwear and shoe racks, there are no chairs, the clothes dryer is located in the shower, there is little space. WI-FI on the 1st floor does not catch well. The breakfasts are good, everything you need, except milk porridges, is there. Regarding the hammam, sauna and swimming pool: it is open from 10 to 22, but take a hat with you, otherwise you will have to buy it for 100 lira. I have a massage, we didn't go, I can't say anything.

I'll give you 5 for the location of the hotel, the ideal location is the city center. For cleanliness and order 5, friendly women will do the cleaning quickly. The interior is also super 👍🏼 aesthetics for the eyes But the restaurant's service suffers a lot! I wanted to drink filter coffee for 2 days in a row, which they tell me is the finish, 45 minutes before the end of breakfast. And then they take coffee from their corner and pour it to other guests and bring it to the table, what kind of discrimination. There is no desire to return to you, especially when you come on the recommendation of your regular customers. I don't think they will be your guests anymore. We've been to many countries, and we haven't even seen this attitude in Dubai. Have a conversation with the restaurant staff, especially the man who worked today. The spa is weak, the hammam is hotter than the sauna, and the pool with sun loungers is beautiful.

Great city hotel. Close to the metro and tram stop. Opposite the Shahzade mosque. The staff is as helpful as possible. The breakfasts are decent. The room is small, but very cozy and clean. And this is normal for a city hotel. There is a spa with a swimming pool and a hammam, and this is just a rarity for city hotels. The room rate was relatively inexpensive for the services available at the hotel, so I highly recommend it, and we may well stay there ourselves. The photo shows the mosque in front of the hotel
