A pleasant place to relax in nature. The cottages are cozy, the layout is strange in places. The service, to put it mildly, falls short of international standards. I would really like to add a portion menu so that everyone can order what they want, and not eat a kilogram of one dish, regardless of whether four people rent a house or one. I would also like to have hiking trails in the surrounding mountains, otherwise you either run into barbed wire or go at random. The place is not suitable for outdoor activities, but if you want to sit in a chair on a cozy porch and listen to the purring of local seals, looking at the mountains around, that's the thing.

I have rented a cottage in this place more than once and it gets worse every time!
I will write only about the last visit.
I booked 2 cottages, as guests from Russia were arriving and we were supposed to be 6 people, but it so happened that on the day of the trip, 2 of them could not go, they felt bad, so the four of us went.
We arrived at the place (the road from Osh took 2 hours) and it turned out that they had booked 1 cottage, the rest were occupied, but fortunately there were 4 of us and we fit into 1 cottage and they gave us a discount (the cottage cost not 7 thousand, but 5 for us).
After that, we went to our house, the weather was terrible +5 in places it was raining, we wanted to keep warm, but it was cold in the house, no one was in a hurry to light our fireplace, we spent 2 hours trying to get people to come to us with firewood and light a fire, instead of walking and enjoying nature while it was still light! After 4-5 calls and 2 trips to the staff and requests to warm our house, we were heard. This problem was before, when I booked a cottage with them in winter, no one has thought of warming the houses since then before the arrival of the guests!
After we warmed up and then took a walk, we ordered a sauna for 2 hours, dinner was supposed to be brought to us before the bath, when we registered, they gave us a set of products for cooking smoke, agreed on 6:30, the girl herself suggested this time and I agreed, but dinner was prepared for us at 19:30, since we we planned to have a rest for 6 people, we gave the food to more people than we had and we could not finish more than half of what was cooked, so I asked the girl to put it in containers so that we could pick it up in the morning, she said well. In the morning, they told us that our food had gone bad and that no one had put our food in the refrigerator, yeah…
Russian Russian bathhouse, the bathhouse was warm, it was on coals, although it was claimed that it was a Russian bathhouse, where is a Russian bathhouse heated on coals?! The guests from Russia laughed at this. Further, when the degree in the bath began to fall, it was not possible to find staff to keep the fire in the bath, so we had to try to heat the bath ourselves. Apparently they have full self-service.
Breakfast- breakfast was not delicious, two of us did not eat it at all.
After breakfast, we went to pay. The reception was on the street, a girl came out, who apparently is everything and a waitress and answers the calls and gives the bill to the guests. The girl counted 8 thousand for the bath, I explained the situation and they gave us a 50% discount, even though we stayed in the bath not for 2 hours, but for an hour
The most annoying thing in the end was that this girl can't count, I had to explain to her for an hour that she wasn't counting correctly until she realized this and said "Aaaaa, now I understand, sorry."
In general, it's a shame in front of the guests, there was 0 hospitality!
It's a pity that you don't have competition yet, maybe you would have developed then, but otherwise, not a foot more, it's better to spend the night in a tent and without expectations!
