5 stars purely because of the staff, friendly guys, liked it. And so for such a price, the conditions are terrible, for 3 days there were interruptions with water and electricity, breakfast every morning: 1 fried egg, sausage, some kind of cupcake and 3 in 1 coffee. There is no wardrobe, soap, toilet brush in the rooms. The toilet was also leaking. We lived with a girl and she ate all my brains out because of my choice, because good Internet access is important to her, and wi-fi on a smartphone almost does not catch, and the mobile Internet catches in E format (apparently due to dense buildings). Of the advantages, I can note the central location and refrigerators with drinks (albeit with an inadequately inflated price tag), well, the TV had good Internet access, the videos loaded without problems. There are no more advantages. I would like to have a normal wardrobe with hangers, basic hygiene items, soap, a brush, clean pastel linen and ideally a mini fridge in the rooms. I repeat, there are absolutely 0 claims against the staff, purely because of them, an undeservedly overestimated score!

They immediately said that the price would be higher than when booking. They started showing some kind of commission from the booking.
We offered 2 rooms to choose from, for one price. We chose the one with less smoke.
The TV in the room was not working. The air conditioner hardly worked (see photo). If you turn on the heating (and that's what we needed), then it stops blowing. It turned out that if you torment him by switching modes, and then leave him alone for heating, then after 5 minutes, he begins to blow with heat. But at the same time it rattles like a steam locomotive.
The bed is strange, in very dark colors, and with cigarette holes.
The cleaning was bad. For example, there was a huge amount of garbage and dirt from previous guests on the table under the tray.
The room itself has a strange layout. The entrance to the corridor, which has only a shower and nothing else. From there, the doors to the actual room and to the toilet. The key was only for the room. There was no key to the hallway! At the same time, the garbage from the bucket, which was in the toilet, was taken out infrequently. There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet.
There is no closet. They promised a hair dryer, but they didn't bring it. Most of the light bulbs didn't work.
A double bed is, in fact, 2 twin beds. At the same time, the mattresses are crooked, and it is uncomfortable to sleep.
The staff needs to be asked several times before they do anything.
The breakfast is bad. We tried it once. Then we had breakfast in another place.
