It's a great store. Very responsive consultants. Of course, there is no such choice in Moscow. We spent about an hour there, the consultants were always there and did not even show their fatigue from us).

The prices are reasonable for a product of this level. It's a pity there is no delivery. I would order to Russia. It's still a little more expensive in Moscow. And I'm not talking about the choice at all((
A good choice of glasses, but it is not clear why three consultants are sitting? No one came up to help with the selection / selection of points, nor hello. Are three girls sitting punching a receipt at the time of purchase? At a minimum, you should be aware of how to correctly select points according to the type / oval of the face, the necessary characteristics, but alas...The girl bought glasses from you, and I went on principle to buy in another store, since it is not the only one in your city.
I called to find out what is available for a certain model, in order not to go to the store in vain... The consultant was probably very busy or in a hurry, the answer to almost everything was: "The frames are different, etc..."
It's a pity
The store is pleasant, the range is wide.
But the work of the consultant and another woman (either the administrator or the owner) left extremely negative impressions. I bought Polaroid glasses in November 2020 on discount days. Service and claims, as in films about state trade of the 80s, can still be found in brazen STOshniks.
The next unpleasant moment is the model of glasses, they make my eyes hurt and my head spin, and this is the first time in more than 15 years of experience owning and buying this brand. There was a residue from the service and suspicions of the unoriginality of the purchased product.
