There are strict rules for vacationers: you can not make noise at certain hours (the police may be called), you can not feed cats (they threaten with a fine), it is difficult to enter the territory without a key. Burned-out light bulbs in the hallway are not in a hurry to replace. In general, rest is for the unassuming and the poor.
Excellent location (100 meters to the South Beach, almost all rooms with sea views, private Parking.) Friendly staff. Nice area with a large swimming pool.
