The supermarket is located in the building of the former Zapadny store. The room is warm enough in winter, the product is conveniently located, the assortment is sufficient for small family purchases, this is a tangible plus. Prices are not lower than in other supermarkets, and sometimes higher. There is a baking and salad department that is inferior in quality to those sold in nearby Asia. The cash registers are inconveniently located, the protractor tape is small, one cash register out of four works periodically, which creates inconveniences. The staff is mostly polite, with a few exceptions. The guards listen to the radio at full volume (!) and aloud discuss and comment on the actions of the buyers, which the latter hear (very carelessly incorrect and unprofessional). Special attention should be paid to the floor near the sausage showcase (a former, fairly crumbled mosaic of broken tiles on the floor with fragments flying off), in the potholes of which carts get stuck and people stumble (for more than one year already!). Suggestion to the management: conduct ethics and friendliness lessons with the staff. I recommend it for small family purchases.
