No administration to talk or complain to... cold served food. Rude service

A wonderful restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and live music that creates a great mood! The food is very tasty, especially the potato patties, which are my favorites. The service is top notch, the staff is attentive and friendly. Here you can not only have a delicious meal, but also have a good rest, have fun and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely come back again!

The design and furnishings are very cool and the atmosphere is very positive.
I was sitting there with my family on New Year's Eve and realized that this is not just a Restaurant, but a whole vicious circle where everything is based on respect, friendship and politeness.

This is a Russian tavern without a bear and a gypsy. There is a parking lot. The food is delicious. You can't have your own alcohol. Beautiful hostess. We are guests of the capital ... We came to this place, as we have passed this place more than once, everything is beautiful and tempting, but we made a mistake from the first minute. The service is terrible, without hearing one guest's order to the end and without answering the question, she began to ask another guest what was needed. The food leaves much to be desired (meat with a smell, shish kebab was over-dried), nothing was eaten, the side dish was waited for 30 minutes, I took the ashtray, but did not bring it back. We were on a day off, the order was accepted but we waited a long time. While they were waiting, they had already eaten snacks. You can't get a waiter. After 2 hours of time spent, we were about to leave, although we did not wait for 2 dishes. Later it turned out that they hadn't even been cooked yet. We canceled them, but they remained in the receipt. I had to raise this issue again.
