I signed up for a laser hair removal procedure. I wrote on December 3rd to sign up for January 5th. Everything's fine, I think I signed up. They call on the eve of December 5, it turns out that they have confused the month. Well, that's settled, too. They said they would record it on January 5th. I was really looking forward to it, because I wanted to follow the recommendation of a good result. As a result, it turns out that I was not booked on January 5, but on January 4 without notifying about it. And to my perplexity, the staff replied: "it happens." Justifying himself: "before the holidays, I had to process a lot of calls." I signed up on DECEMBER 3rd, not the day before. I was very upset by this attitude.

I must say that I am a biased client, but not a moody one. Thank you for satisfying all my questions with answers, and most importantly: the results of the work done. I am very happy! Good afternoon. I would like to write my experience after a year of going for laser hair removal. I was constantly doing a bikini complex, legs, armpits and arms up to the elbow. The results are negative. Yes, the hair did go away a little bit, but no more than 20% of the hair was gone in a whole YEAR. I attach a photo of my hand as proof that the hair has become a little thinner, but there are still a lot of them. It's the same with the rest of the body. And I would like to add that in the beginning they put a little too much power on me and it hurt a little, but the last procedures were very painful, despite the cooling gel. And to my words about reducing power, the girls replied that if you want a result, be patient.

Anastasia Khorova did the massage. A person has zero empathy. I found out that I hadn't Googled the procedure—I just shrugged my shoulders. But you could have told me at least something.
I started the massage, it hurt on my thighs. I told you.

I said three times that it hurt me—to the point of tears. She finished with her back, moved to her feet in front, and only then suddenly heard that it HURT.

I forgot what a razor is in general) what is remarkable: it is completely painless. Although the doctor always carefully asks if I'm comfortable) but it doesn't hurt so much that I'm on the phone during epilation! I went to shine 4 years ago, it hurt so much that I cried. In rasayan, it does not hurt at all and is effective! I definitely recommend it! I'm doing a complex: a deep bikini + armpits and shins. The price is very favorable!

Wonderful medical center, wonderful staff and management! Once again, I am convinced that I made the right choice by becoming their client. On April 26, there was some confusion in the appointment for laser hair removal and I was not on the record for that day. They offered other upcoming times and days, but I needed to be at work in an hour and a half, and on other days I take a session, so the cosmetologist accepted me anyway, doing the whole complex at an accelerated pace. And caring Vladimir (the administrator) called a taxi at the expense of the salon. I was pleasantly surprised, even shocked. As a result, I was serviced and delivered on time to my workplace. Therefore, I recommend this place, feel free to come to them for services, there is an unrealistic attitude towards customers. Rasayana is a magical place. Thank you for your professionalism!!!

If the client complains about a bad result, you need to send him to another laser after 3 procedures, not after the ninth! And do not feed phrases about the fact that you need to take a course. Who will refund me more than a thousand white rubles for this course!?
