A diner with a claim to a restaurant. The dishes are inedible. We took lula, borscht, dolma and vegetables. There is no sour cream for borscht (very slightly similar, rather bozbash with beetroot), there is no sauce for lula (rotten minced meat in pita bread). The grilled vegetables were never brought. But they served the uncorrected bread with celophane, which we ordered, which was then included in the bill.
It is better not to enter the bathrooms. There is nothing to wipe your hands with at all - no dryers, no paper or terry towels.
But the most important thing is the quality of the dishes, which are impossible to eat.
I do not recommend visiting this institution.
