Not a company, but a farce on the market. They wanted to buy an apartment, but the conditions were overplayed all the time. The apartment suddenly disappeared and we were offered another one, bigger and more expensive, then the same story happened again. Then the conditions were changed and the price rose by 5 million tag. In short, I do not recommend it.

Of the advantages, only the location, there are many disadvantages, there used to be graves there, it takes a very long time to build, apparently the prices are so high and there are no normal mortgage conditions.
