Great living place , its away from city and has mountain views from most rooms.

The residential complex leaves mixed impressions. One of the advantages is a good location, there is everything you need nearby, and the residential complex itself looks modern. However, the main disadvantage is the lack of parking, which creates serious inconvenience for residents. Many apartments are currently undergoing renovation, so the noise level is quite high. Otherwise, he's a typical human being: dense buildings, lots of neighbors, and standard infrastructure. If the location is important, then the option is not bad, but the comfort depends on how satisfied you are with life in this format.

The residential complex is nice, new and with a developed infrastructure: it has playgrounds, 6 grocery stores, a vegetable store, a pharmacy and, in general, there is almost everything for a comfortable stay in it. Of the disadvantages, I would like to note the overly undeveloped parking (cars stand in several rows).

I recently visited the new residential complex "Rams City" and I want to share my impressions.
The first thing that catches your eye is the modern architecture of the building. The complex looks stylish and attractive, and large panoramic windows create a sense of space and light. There is a lot of greenery on the house territory — trees and shrubs are planted, which gives comfort and makes walking more pleasant.
Apartments in "Rams City" are diverse in terms of layouts and areas, which allows you to choose the right option for different family groups. I looked at several apartments and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the finishes and thoughtful solutions — there are convenient niches for books and locations for small home offices.
Special attention should be paid to infrastructure. The complex has shops, cafes, a playground and sports areas. All this makes life here more comfortable. There are also public transport stops nearby, which is convenient for those who work in the city.
A small disadvantage may be that the complex is just beginning to be populated, and in some places finishing work is still underway, but this does not greatly spoil the overall impression. The staff of the developer is friendly and responsive, ready to answer all questions.
In general, "Rams City" is a great option for those who are looking for modern and comfortable living conditions. I am impressed and considering moving!
I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new home!

A new residential complex with an interesting infrastructure, fountains, walking paths, benches, playgrounds, convenient location, you can get to all sides of the city. Spacious entrance with two exits. While the construction of the 2nd stage and repairs in houses and apartments of the 1st stage are underway, but over time the LCD will be more beautiful, the management company will bring cleanliness and order!

The LCD is not very good in terms of construction quality .Interestingly, the 2nd block on the 11th floor shows the street on the window slopes. There is no insulation at all, the ceilings are 2700mm. The walls are crooked . The ceilings are not only low, but also curved. Parking is not provided as everywhere else. The LCD rating is two out of five.

Excellent LCD. My house is right on the boulevard. The entrance to the entrance near the central fantan. Just like in a romantic movie)))
I really like the entrance groups (large, spacious) and the facades look powerful and elegant.
Everything is within walking distance. There are 3 schools and kindergartens nearby. My beloved Megi is just around the corner.
The location is perfect. In summer, you can run in the school yard nearby or along the embankment.
