The place is cozy, but due to the fact that the hall is large and there are 2 floors The basement and the 1st floor have a lot of people and the children's room is a bit of a hindrance. I was especially impressed when I ordered a salad, there was hair there. The waiter also looked and was surprised that then the girl came up and immediately apologized after they asked to change and cook a new salad, they brought a new salad. But after that, the waiter came and apologized for what happened. It wouldn't hurt to get rid of flies there too. It's not funny when you're sitting eating and there flies fly away and land on your food. In general, if some disadvantages are corrected, then the place is good. And the food is delicious too

We were in this place, in the Ramiz restaurant for the first time. We went there after the opening and 1 month of work, decided to have dinner with the family. To be honest, I will say right away, the impression remained, not at all good, just not what. If you leave a review and tell us about your impression. Close and familiar. Out of 5 stars, solid 1 ka !!! So we went into the hall, the decoration is beautiful, the hall is beautiful, there is a separate smoking room, which is not a little important, but after we approached the table, and almost settled down, pulling out the chairs, we see that they are all covered in crumbs, the white tablecloth is stained with some spots and the serving plates were dusty which clearly indicates that they have not been changed for a long time, and the plate cannot be cleaned from dust with just a napkin, we tried to do this, believe me it did not work, OK, we think now we will ask to change, and what is most interesting, the waiter did not even offer to change the serving. And seeing the crumbs and stains on the white tablecloth, they did not offer to change it to the one that is cleaner, because surely there should have been spare tablecloths, plates and the whole serving. But OK, I kind of thought the waiters are young, I'm not experienced, this happens when opening a new establishment. But then the following happened. The service turned out to be just at zero, you ask the waiter what the ingredients are and what kind of salad this is, and what would you recommend yourself, in response we did not receive any clear advice, in the end we decided to take it at our discretion. And they ran into each other, as they say, it's their own fault 😂😂😂 And this is another interesting point, they charge not a little 20 for the service% Although the large menu on the street indicates that the service is 15%, asking the cashier this question, I was simply told that we work under a franchise, so we have 20% for the service, without apologies and a detailed explanation. I don't understand why I should give so much for such a service. And finally, after ordering salad and dishes, when the waiter asked why you didn't offer us bread for the table, we were told it was because you didn't ask. Telling all this to the administrator, he was surprised to say, like, that is, you should have asked and told, and not the waiter to offer you. Salads and amateur dishes do not match the price and quality, chicken cutlets were overexposed on mongol and they became so dry that it was not possible to eat. Without any sauce, that's for sure. When ordering a burger in such an institution, you expect something wow for such a price, but you know what they brought us, it turned out to be an ordinary bun from the bazaar, they are usually big these buns, and what is not surprising, the cutlet turned out to be 50% smaller than the bun itself, it is already clearly some kind of discrepancy, you open the burger yourself to see what there's nothing inside, 2 slices of pickled cucumber, a slice of tomato, lettuce leaf, ketchup and mayonnaise. And a big drop of disappointment 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 The only advantage of the Coffee was delicious. Before finishing the food and the burger, we wanted to leave faster, asked to wrap the food with us, we were very surprised that they just wrapped us in a bag all together where the burger just lies without packaging on disposable dishes, I don't know, having regretted the parchment for the burger and not wrapping the burger, or just didn't think or just didn't they know how to serve a normal service. And running up to our table, the waiter says we forgot to put your bread in and just opens the bag where the burger was already lying, puts the bag of bread on the burger. The salad was brought to us with mayonnaise. Although there was mayonnaise with salad and not salad with mayonnaise . In general, it is not edible at all. A nice nice clean toilet .
