A very nice, cozy hotel in a banana palm garden, high-quality varied food, professional staff, affordable price and good quality. Everything is thought out, every section. A nice spacious beach, the workers are trying their best. We rested in October 2024, in the first building with a direct view of the sea, in a room on the 5th floor with a large balcony, clean, everything is comfortable, everything worked. Views of unforgettable sunrises and sunsets... I would also like to mention the spa center of the hotel, massage masters and magicians Aytach and Sait, they work very professionally, thank them very much. The entire hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. All shops and other places of Avsalar are within walking distance. There is a bus stop nearby.

We stayed at this hotel from 24.06 to 3.07.2024.The hotel is not bad. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, clean. The beach is also small, there are always free sun beds. Clean. The entrance to the sea is flat, sandy. There are breakwaters, so there are practically no waves, you can swim and swim for hours. This is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The food is good. Lots of fruits. You won't be hungry. The staff is very polite. But, one incident happened to me. My dress was missing from the room, but the belt from the dress was not noticed. And what is very interesting, my sandals were thrown very far under the bed. I found them when I was looking for a dress. They probably expected to get it after my departure. I suspect the cleaning lady who was cleaning. This is despite the fact that I tipped her every day. Of course I tried to figure it out. But, the question remained open. They don't give offense to their own. This is the 1st building, 3rd floor. Such dishonest people blacken the reputation of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is good. I would come back again.

It is very convenient, 60 steps to the sea,the food is varied and delicious, there is a bazaar and shops across the street
