With friends, 5 people visited this place on 12/17/2023, fell for the beautiful advertising of bloggers. They paid 75,000 tenge. Utter disappointment. A creepy place with containers equipped for a steam room and rest rooms. From the horror we've seen: 1. Scary, smelly bathrobes and terrible towels. 2. A creepy little room where a woman does peeling. There are no complaints about the specialist himself, I tried and did everything I was trained and what I can do. Special thanks to her. There are dryers with bathrobes and towels everywhere. It felt like I was in a movie where they were shooting a movie in a communal apartment. 3. After dry peeling, you go up to the second floor, where there is a common room and 5 masseuses, without screens and any limiters, they stacked all of us and started doing massage. There's a lot of darkness everywhere, like in horror movies. Masseuses are great, 5 out of 5. In general, anyone who plans their vacation in this place, please do not do this. The owner needs to work very hard on the bathhouse, interior, exterior to be so loudly called a SPA.

At the specified time, the bath is not ready, another 40 minutes of waiting, still not ready, and we leave without waiting for readiness, because we see that all the baths are occupied and it is not visible that anyone is going. Why set a time for us if it's busy at that time. At the same time, there is no apology from the administrator. If she has time to wait in line for hours, despite the record, then I don't have that much time, we were already late for another place. I do not recommend this type of SPA, for this price there are plenty of other decent places in the city. My personal opinion.

The towels are smelly. We did not spend 5 hours there as stated in the advertisement. We sat in the steam room for 5-10 minutes, then we were told to go to the pool there for 10 minutes, then peeling and massage froze terribly with a friend. In total, we only stayed for 2 hours. The most normal more or less was a massage and that's it. We won't come again, that's for sure.
