The Ramada Ulaanbaatar Hotel leaves an incredible impression. From the moment you enter the elegant lobby, you feel the atmosphere of comfort and high service. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, which creates a sense of individual approach to each guest.
First, they took the old greens, although no bank wanted to accept the greens. No one speaks Russian, I had to communicate in English through a telephone translator, but even here the staff is on top! They kindly and patiently explained how to get to the venue of the Tenger 24 shamanic festival in Huy Doloon Khudag.
The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, with modern amenities and panoramic windows offering spectacular views of the city. Each room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a luxurious bed, climate control, mini-bar and free Wi-Fi.
The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were amazing with a variety of dishes. The cozy atmosphere and courteous service make every meal special.
The convenient location in the city center allows easy access to the main attractions. Ramada Ulaanbaatar is an ideal place for those who appreciate comfort, high level of service and excellent leisure opportunities.WITH A Sh-M-M-HIM.Here you will join Mongolian shamanism and touch the power of the great Genghis Khan.
A normal hotel, though a little tired, needs renovation. Considering the traffic jams in the city and the place for me was perfect. Breakfast is quite acceptable, the bed linen is fresh.
The hotel is good. It's not the first time I've stopped. However, in April 2024 they started renovation. I suppose it will be held quickly without inconvenience to the guests. But the breakfasts were disappointing. Very sparse. I took an espresso, it turned out for money. Staying in other hotels in Ulaanbaatar was free. The rooms are tired, but cozy. They clean well, bring everything you need to the room on demand. Another disadvantage is the problems with hot water. But it could be because I lived on the 15th floor. I guess the problem only occurs in the morning.
