I want to leave an honest review! The hotel is amazing! You can't even dream of a better location and view from the window! Everyone who writes that the room is small, I don't understand you, it's ordinary, we were comfortable! When you book, don't you look at the footage? Or on the principle of "I'll book, and then I'll write a bad review." We had a rest with our family and friends, they all liked the hotel too, all 3 rooms are beautiful. In the photo of the room, it's only one bed, if anything (it's for the size of the room)))), there's a second one next to it and it's 1.5 not single beds, it was very comfortable on them. You have to understand that this is Hong Kong and there won't be any big rooms there, or there will be, but for a huge price. Lovely cozy rooms, clean enough by Chinese standards. The staff as a whole and the whole of Hong Kong speaks English, which is a huge plus. We had a room with a view of the Harbor, we asked for a floor above, offered the 36th floor, but with 2 beds, we agreed, the view was excellent (photo)! We did not take breakfast, there are a lot of cafes near the hotel that are not expensive (relative to the prices of Hong Kong). Of course, if people compare, maybe 4* in another country with China, then you need to do it a little smarter. There are no complaints about the hotel! If anyone considers this hotel as one of the options, go ahead and do not read these bad reviews, we also read and strained, but we almost regretted it. Wonderful rooftop pool. The room is quiet. There is a store nearby where you can replenish the octopus, and the metro is also nearby. If we return to GK, only to this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The 38-storey hotel is small for Hong Kong. The outdoor swimming pool on the 38th floor is closed in winter. Chinese and European style breakfasts are served on the 3rd floor. Standard without frills. You won't stay hungry. The rooms are small but cozy. One of the jokes is the washbasin in the hallway by the door and not in the toilet. The shower and toilet are combined. The famous peak of Mount Victoria is visible from the window. The reception is on the 5th floor. The elevator is high-speed. But sometimes I had to wait 5-10 minutes. Cleaning is done every day.
A good hotel for your money! Clean, cleaned every day, sheets and towels are white, there is a swimming pool and breakfasts for a fee, but I preferred a cafe in the city, of the cons only a slightly worn interior (not much), and taking into account the height of the building there are not enough elevators, often I had to wait a long time. Otherwise, I can recommend the hotel
The disgusting place stinks very much, it has faded out a lot, in a word, it is not a cozy room, it is very small, the breakfasts are disgusting, there is nothing to eat
Of the advantages, only the price and location. It's very dirty. I guess I was bitten by some insects there. The rooms are old. The elevator is barely moving.
Great view from the upper floors, large window. The good guys at the reception helped to resolve the issue. The room is very small and "tired". It is extremely difficult to wait for the elevator, we waited for 15 minutes every time. We "caught" a good price of 5 thousand / day, so all the disadvantages were considered insignificant.
The location is excellent, on Hong Kong Island, two minutes from the subway and from the double-decker tram stop. But the time of covid restrictions did not benefit him: everything was dilapidated, dusty, old. Even in the elevator, half of the lights are off. There are no more excellent buffet breakfasts.
