Very good, I was last year, I liked it, a quiet place, without noise and fuss, a warm ocean, few people. There is a 5-star hotel nearby, and golf courses, a European tourist lives in the top five. But there is also an inexpensive three-star hotel, called Royal Resort Rajbag, an excellent hotel not far from the sea in 5 minutes, or a motorcycle taxi of 50 rupees. There is a top Palollem beach nearby, to be honest, I like Rajbag more, a calm quiet relaxation under a bottle of rum. Palollem is too noisy, a lot of people, bars, restaurants, cows, traffic. Not far from the hotel, there is a scooter rental, where the main Indian is Russian-speaking. You can ask me to bring you a fresh bike, but the price tag will be from 1000 rupees. I took a new Honda 350, had a great ride in Goa, went north, Panaji, Old Goa, Fort Aguada, I wanted to get to Dudsagar, but I was too lazy. To be honest, driving in India is very dangerous, and all this is on the left-hand side, be careful, don't drive too hard, and don't get behind the wheel drunk. If you will go to a remote location in Goa, I recommend leaving earlier than an hour at 5 in the morning, after 7 traffic jams the road will become 2 times heavier.
