Budget place to stay in Almaty. Towels and linen changed once in three days. Laundry is costly. Best for one night stay. Not worth staying many days.

The courtyard is cozy, the rooms are well warm, there is also a conder, modern doors (keyless access), there is a room with a shower, there is one without (to choose from and for the price)

I ordered a booking room, breakfast and laundry with an iron were included in the free services, as it turned out, all this was paid, when asked why they write incorrect information, the administrator rudely replied that the booking com had thought of everything and wrote it himself... They do not care at all about the sleep of the guests, they vacuum and scream in the hallway from 8 a.m., which is very annoying with zero sound insulation. Fortunately, the air conditioner is working, the only thing that corresponded to the stated. Of the staff, only the laundress, a wonderful kind woman, aroused sympathy, the rest looked and talked as if I had come to their house uninvited, and I am also outraged

The hotel is clean and cozy, the staff is helpful and hospitable. There is a kitchen, a sauna and a hostel on site. Parking for cars. Near the railway station, which is very convenient.. buses to anywhere in the city. I recommend it to calm people who just want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. And those who came from far away. It is not noisy from the guests, which plays a very important role for other guests!

A cozy, clean hotel. They lived in July 2023. Responsive, pleasant staff (2 Russian women). The room is small for 2, there are bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe, 2 stools and a table, 2 single beds, a TV. There is WiFi, power on request from the administrator. It is located 5 minutes from Almaty railway station.
Cons: the toilet and shower are shared not far down the corridor. There is no air conditioning.

A nice hostel near the Almaty-1 railway station.
There are hotel rooms, laundry facilities. There is a parking lot and a cafe on site. They cook delicious.
The staff is friendly, they speak Russian.
Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, cafes and a green market, a lot of public transport.

The distance from the active part of the city is very high, we stayed here only because of the price, which is significantly lower than other offers. We got there by accident, having booked through a booking service. The taxi driver warned about the dubious reputation of this place, and, unfortunately, did not deceive.
After checking into the neighboring rooms, which were probably rented for an hour, the corresponding sounds began to be heard.
Thank God it was a one-time "action".
In general, the rest of the price is consistent, we needed to spend the night on a late arrival near the airport.

The hotel is located near the Almaty railway station. They work around the clock. There are places in rooms with multiple beds, and there are separate family rooms with toilet and shower. The prices are reasonable. Clean, there is everything you need for a tired traveler. The girls at work are friendly and beautiful. The cook comes from 9 to 17. She cooks great! Such a place can be recommended!

Polite staff, not a bad hotel. But! We arrived at 2 a.m., the windows were open in our room. It was very cold. We closed the windows, and understood why the room was so thoroughly ventilated. It is impossible to smell the sewage from the toilet, even with the door closed. And on the second night of our stay in Almaty, we booked an apartment in the city center, which we did not regret at all.

Not a bad place for your money. I paid less than 3,000 for a bed in the common room. There is a toilet and a shower. The railway station is a 4-minute walk away. They will give you breakfast for an additional fee, but I have not tried it myself
