We visited the salon with our daughter and were very satisfied! Master Natalia worked with us. Many thanks to her for her sensitive and professional attitude! Coloring was done and detailed care recommendations were given. I heartily recommend this master and salon!

It's just that kringe is incredible. I came to get a pedicure, with a coating. But in the end, the master could not apply exactly the coating and I had to abandon it, it was the first time with me! After their pedicure, my nail began to grow in, which meant that it had been done incorrectly (cut off or something), and this had never happened to me in salons either. I decided to write about it to the salon on Instagram, to which they replied that I couldn't prove it in any way and everything was in this style. Although I would just like an apology!!! I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything. Even my comment on Instagram was deleted. 🤣 I think the service station has given itself 5 star reviews, because with such an attitude and specialists in it, no one could leave even 3 stars..

I am always happy with the results of Lyudmila's work. It's nice when a master loves his job and does it perfectly. A very competent colorist, picked up incredibly beautiful shades! Besides her really golden hands, I can say that she is also an extremely attentive and sensitive person!

Today I visited this salon, my daughter and I did not receive any services, only rudeness, shouting and insulting. I ask the salon owners to pay attention to the behavior of their staff. If you want to keep losing customers, keep it up.I strongly recommend not to visit other clients.

We signed up for a manicure at this salon, because there were no free suitable dates for the one where I usually go. In general, there are no questions about the manicure itself, everything is OK, but long-term coverage is some kind of nightmare. Of the 10 nails, I have no questions for only two, the rest are just not smooth, with some bumps on the edges and lumps that they tried to remove with just orange sticks, somewhere the varnish on the cuticle. When covering with a top, the master simply did not reach the end of the brush and a couple of nails dried up carelessly. It's funny that at the end she asked to take a picture of her work. I really regret that I did not return and did not ask me to either refund the money or just remove this grief cover. Apparently, a beginner did it, so specify to whom you are being recorded.
I'm not going back there anymore.
