Convenient location near Termini train station. I liked the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, but you need to arrive early, as there are few places and everything delicious is quickly sorted out. The rooms are antique. It's all clear. The bathroom is great. Cleaning and changing of the bed daily. We were caught by the presence of several children's groups. This is also an indicator. They won't bring children anywhere. I would love to return to this hotel.

A very budget hotel in the city center. Right next to the train station. The price/quality/location ratio is ideal.
Everything in the hotel is very shabby, but everything works in the room, the bed is comfortable.
Breakfast is sooo modest, but edible.

We had a rest with my wife at this hotel for the Valentine's Day on February 14, 2019
I can say the following about the hotel
This hotel is only suitable for spending the night, provided that your Windows overlook the courtyard, since in our room 244 the windows faced the street on which traders of all sorts of different Chinese and Turkish nonsense gather every day from early morning, or rather from 6.00 local time, for example bags purses clothes, but in This is a plus, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. Noisy and brisk merchants will not let you get enough sleep, even if the windows in your room are closed.
The location of the hotel itself is very comfortable and you are close to the central station, where all buses and trains from Flumencino airport arrive, approximately with two suitcases, we reached it in 10 minutes.
You will have to walk about an hour to the Vatican using the maps mi resource, but you will be happy to take this walk slowly, since most of the attractions are located near the hotel.
I would like to recommend you a small restaurant that is located opposite the entrance to the hotel, where you will be served by a waiter from Poland who speaks Russian perfectly and at the end of your family-friendly dinner you will be served a compliment from the chef.
Also nearby, on a perpendicular street (turn right out of the hotel and at the intersection) there is a restaurant serving oysters (their cost is 3.5 euros per piece) the cost of proseco wine in it is 17 euros and at the end of the dinner you will be served a compliment in the form of Limoncello.
Returning to the description of the hotel, I confirm that the hotel has a poorly developed air conditioning system, it was hot in the room. Cracks on the walls in the room indicate that they have not been repaired for a long time. Old and shabby doors that start slamming in the morning will add a touch of morning madness to your vacation)))). One of the factors of the low rating of the hotel is that they serve groups of students, well, or we were so lucky, who partied from evening to morning, disturbing the entire hotel from sleeping and do not be surprised if you spit on your head, this is normal for them.
And since ROME is simply divine, be sure to visit excursions to the Vatican and the Colosseum, do not regret to overpay on the street for a group tour to the Wastican - 45 euros Colosseum - 36 euros you save a lot of time standing in queues. five days turned out to be not enough, I will definitely return to this beautiful city . A good hotel, what is in the picture, is in reality one-on-one. Cleaning every day. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfasts. The main sights of the city are within walking distance, near the metro and the train station. Good sound insulation.

The hotel is exactly three stars, a very small room, my husband and I are smokers, but there is no smoking place in the hotel, we have to go outside, where there is just a narrow sidewalk and there is not even an urn. The refrigerator does not work, they turned to the administration, nodded their heads and that's it. We bought cheese, Italian sausage, I don't know if they will last until departure
