Convenient transport location in close proximity to the airport. (5 minutes by taxi). Nice view of the lake from the window. A spacious, clean courtyard with greenery. I am satisfied with the large spacious parking.

The location is very convenient, to any city in different ways.
The yard is cramped, there are eternal problems with parking, there is a guest parking, 50 meters, there are almost always places.
The view from the window is of course the most gorgeous, the lake, the mountains, the planes. There are no high-rise buildings nearby, there is space and horizon in both directions.
The lake, the pier, a separate story. Its own ecosystem, many species of birds, about 10 counted, fish and other animals, in general, it is interesting that in the city and at the same time in nature, and everything is really natural.

The infrastructure is not very good - there is a shop with a short assortment, the nearest cafe is 600 m away by alleys. The entrances are shabby, the elevator works up to the 12th floor, the legs go up to the 13th floor.
There is no view up to the 6th floor - it is covered with trees.
At night, you can hear planes taking off from the airport, do not wait for peace.

Air conditioning, refrigerator, plumbing, kitchen, without pretensions, they give out disposable slippers, cotton wool, paste, gel, shampoo, towels.
the owners are great people, if there are any inconveniences, they immediately decide.
