Nice, clean, cozy. Everything is a solid five. We were in the middle of May, there were practically no vacationers, but nevertheless everything worked and everything was clean. I highly recommend it for a relaxing family vacation on the shore of a wonderful lake.

Great place, delicious food, there is a thermal pool, they work all year round, we were in November, the rooms were warm - Underfloor heating works. The only thing is that the prices are high. Sometimes it is cheaper to go abroad. And so everything is OK. We go every year.

Everything is just fine.Clean air, clear lake, well-groomed territory and lots, lots of flowers.And the whole area is surrounded by greenery.And there are pools with thermal water.Which cures many diseases.So you won't regret coming.

Dogs are being killed here! A guard is running right on the beach with a garrote and trying to catch a small dog. When asked by visitors, he says that they were tired of the dog and the authorities asked to remove it! shame. All the impressions of the holiday were spoiled.

We were here in August 2023, rented a room in building 3, apartment 4a. Disgusting repairs, no service (at least they put shower gel and shampoo), no tea (in bags), no sugar. Of course, I am a fastidious person, but I think that for 12 thousand rubles a day for this kennel) is too much. The staff of the Rainbow West hotel itself is very unfriendly and not talkative. My opinion is that they still have to work and work on the service. Here is a really beautiful lake, but that's all for us. I do not recommend it
