Due to work circumstances, I travel a lot and often stay in various hotels. This is probably the first time I've encountered such an amazing level of service at Radisson Astana. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. Delicious varied food. I would also like to thank the staff of the lobby bar and restaurant for their attentiveness, politeness and courtesy!

The hotel is excellent, better than all the local hotels. Good Internet, which is rare for local users. In general, the level and Western roots are felt. An order of magnitude higher than the local 4* hotels from the top 3.
But! The price, guys, is 3-3.5 times higher than that of local hotels, if you take it on Booking. If you take it directly at the hotel, the price is 4 times higher. The price for a standard without breakfast is 70 000t at the Booking and 80 000t directly.
This is, of course, impressive, and there is nothing for this price in the hotel. At the same time, the hotel is fully loaded, mainly by foreign groups (Chinese, Europeans).

It's not a bad hotel, but it's not so young anymore. I liked the breakfasts, the staff is smiling and friendly. I didn't like the location very much, all the traffic is in the new part of the city, and the hotel itself is located in the old part across the Ishim River. Constant traffic jams from the center of business and trade activity in Astana add 15-30 minutes to the hotel, especially a large traffic jam in the area of the Tent shopping center. The room price is adequate.

The hotel is good, but definitely not a top five. The rooms are old, but comfortable. Do they bring a shaving kit and toothbrushes at the wedding?! Strange. The breakfasts are good, hearty, they cook a delicious omelet, there are freshly squeezed juices. Spa in the nearby fitness center - draw conclusions. It takes a long time to walk through incomprehensible corridors. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and a beauty salon opposite. There are not many McDonalds and several bars. The center of new Astana is a 40-minute walk away. There is a large shopping center nearby. Overall, a good four.

The hotel is vintage, to put it mildly. The decoration, the furniture, and the bathroom are all completely non–modern. But the impression is great, I will definitely come back.
The location is neither yes nor no. It seems to be in the center, but still on the right bank. There's nowhere to eat in the neighborhood, but you can take a walk.
The rooms are clean but tired. The bathrooms still seem to have been renovated somehow, the carpet is no longer very good. At the same time, the rooms are ergonomic to my taste, everything you need is there and conveniently made.
The breakfasts are good, the choice is large. The restaurant only reminds of the former chic, but everything is clean and tidy again :)
The staff is excellent. Attentive, friendly.
A separate plus is how the status student got everything. I've been to the hotel twice: the first time the suites were occupied, the second time they were upgraded before arrival. It is very pleasant for 40 thousand tenge. Welcome compliments on the spot, attention too.
A huge plus is the price tag. Off-peak, it starts at almost 35,000 tenge, and in most cases, minimally active participants of the Radisson Rewards will receive a spacious room for this money. For the full price, I would have chosen something else.
Summary: everything is there, the location is acceptable, the rooms are good, but everything is old. There is a separate holiday for status students for very little money for Astana

An amazing hotel! However, as always any Radisson hotel. The staff is as customer-oriented as possible, eager to help and solve any wishes. The breakfasts are varied with a great selection of drinks. Definitely five stars!

Very clean rooms, ironed white sheets, everything is top notch. There is a daily cleaning service, responsive staff. Great view of the river from the window. In the morning, a varied buffet and a chef prepares dishes according to your wishes. I liked everything, next time in Astana I will stay at Radisson!

It is a very good hotel, the staff is friendly and courteous. The accommodation included breakfast, a full-fledged buffet. I could still have lunch and dinner, but I was busy at that time. The location is good. We did a massage at the spa, it was great.
Everything is clean and beautiful.
Minus one - sometimes there was a smell of smoke, not far from the private sector, they heat it with coal.

Events were held in the Saryarka hall in general. Beshbarmak is a very tasty respect to the chefs!!! Everything was fresh. At the end of the event, the waiters brought disposable dishes, which is very convenient for Sarkit.

A very comfortable hotel.. The double room has two beds and two armchairs. Table. cabinet. TV, refrigerator, safe. Tea coffee sugar set. Each room has an ironing board and an iron. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Shampoo. conditioner. In general, everything is great. The breakfasts are awesome.

A wonderful hotel. Excellent sound insulation with the street and between the rooms. There are batteries in the room, so you can also stay here in winter.
The room has a refrigerator, a kettle and disposable tea and coffee bags. The bathrobe and disposable slippers are of excellent quality.
A large selection at breakfast. Very high-quality vegetables and fruits. I only lacked vegetable protein - chickpeas, hummus, mukhamara. Separate respect for teapots for brewing tea and herbal supplements.

A high-level hotel, seminars were held there, but the impression is spoiled by the fact that there is nowhere to perform prayer, the staff suggests going to the neighboring building, having such an area, and not allocating 15 sq. m. for this, it does not seem to be a significant moment, but it leaves not a pleasant memory.:(

Some kind of special vintage Radisson with interiors of American films about the 90s. Richard Gere's character was supposed to stay in such a hotel. The breakfasts are very good, and what was especially surprising was the breakfast with you at early check-out. I ordered it by the time I arrived - and there are a huge number of sliced vegetables, and a hot wonderful omelet. I liked it very much, thank you - almost always, even in luxury hotels, they only give cold food with them.
From the small drawbacks, it is clear that the hotel has not been put into operation today, but it is not critical.
