The hotel does not meet the stated requirements. There is no parking lot. There is no beach. The staff does not speak English. The staff is completely unprofessional and unfriendly. The hotel is unfinished, there are rubbish dumps everywhere.

I put 5 stars. Of course, there are disadvantages, but they were overlaid by positive aspects.
The design of the hotel is excellent. We were upgraded from a superior room with a sea view to a room with a pool, although without a view. But we were not upset by the lack of a view as the room was larger and had its own pool. This also had a positive effect on the impression of the hotel. Repairs were made by a blunder, skirting boards are falling off in some places, but we decided not to pay attention to this. There are many places in Turkey, as well as in the Emirates.
The location of the hotel is gorgeous. Stunning views of the sea and mountains at breakfast. You can admire the sunset in the evening at the hotel restaurant. The only thing to understand is that the hotel is located on a peninsula far from the city of Kash. It is convenient to travel by car or taxi. We rented a car, so we were comfortable. There is a transfer to the beach, the first one leaves at 10.00 and the last one at 16.00. The last transfer from the beach is at 20.00. The price for a taxi to Kasha is 300 liras.
The breakfasts are good. There is not much choice, but everything you need is there. The cook is frying fried eggs to your taste. We cooked waffles for one day. There are also always just boiled eggs, oatmeal, and yoghurts. Vegetables, greens, olives, our favorite fried olives, kalamata. We rested in June for breakfast there were cherries, apricots, watermelon, melon. There were also a variety of cheeses and sausage. Croissants and other rolls are made from pastries. Honey, nutella, muesli. There was one kind of rahatlukum.
Quite a decent coffee for breakfast. If you take a latte)) you can ask the bass player to make the coffee, not the coffee machine.
Beach. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. The beach is located at the Makwin Hotel. It is important to say here that you need to go down to the beach on the territory of the hotel. The area is very beautiful, various flowers, lemons, oranges, olive trees. BUT the descent, and most importantly the ascent of 315 steps, we counted))) therefore, keep this in mind, it is not so easy to climb in the heat. We liked this scenic road, but sometimes it was hard. The beach itself is very beautiful, it is a wooden pantone from which a descent is made into an absolutely transparent, awesome, azure sea. Towels are provided. The deck chairs were always free. There is a shower, toilet, cafe. In the cafe you can order pide, salads, burgers, drinks. Prices are above average. Pide 400 lire, burger 500 lire, salads 200-300 lire. Tea 50 lire. Alcoholic cocktails over 700 lire.
The hotel staff is trying their best. It is clear that they are working out bad reviews for the service. We have improved the English language. There is an employee who speaks Russian. Everyone says hello. They constantly ask if they like everything, they are ready to help in everything. Every day, the mini-bar control brought water. There is also a cleaning control)) a woman came and asked about the quality of the cleaning. The cleaning is generally normal. The linen and towels are clean and white. The floor is washed for 4 hours, sometimes dust remains. One day they forgot to throw out the trash. But it's generally fine.
We are happy with the rest. The hotel has its own specific points that must be taken into account in order for the holiday to be 5. I would point out the advantages - the design of the hotel, sea views, sunsets, awesome beach. Among the disadvantages - the road to the beach, the quality of the repair. Have a good rest!

A wonderful place, a large territory, everything is green, there is a swimming pool, a transfer to a nearby hotel where you can go down to the sea.
