The hotel is very mediocre. For the very unassuming. Breakfasts are meager, there are no drinks except tea and coffee bags, porridge is more or less, pancakes are normal, the rest is inedible. A kitten is running around the tables.
The attitude towards customers is 3-. The repair is for 3+.
There is no duvet cover in the room, there is a kettle, but there is no tea and coffee, although maybe it was not supposed to be. I gave my things to the laundry in the morning - I took them in the evening, it turned out that they were not washed, although they were billed. But they were mercifully allowed not to pay for the laundry)) but there was no time to give it to the laundry again. Apologies - 0. They say all questions are for another shift.
If it is possible to settle in another place, I recommend doing so.

It turned out that during my arrival there were problems with gas in Tashkent and there was no hot water and heating. They fed me for several days with promises that they were about to give me hot water, but I didn't get it for 3 days of my stay. They gave me the wrong room that I booked. I booked with 1 bed, and was given with 1 large + children's room. The room smelled very strongly of dampness, so that the clothes were soaked with this smell. The repair is old, some sockets do not work. The room was relatively warm, as there was an air conditioner that I turned on and it somehow helped. There are pipes sticking out in the toilet. In the shower, the water almost does not go away. The choice of breakfast is small.

The rooms are very comfortable, but for this price you can find a bunch of more comfortable hotels in Tashkent.
Since the kitchen hardly works, and in winter you want to eat hot, it's better to think about a hostel with a normal kitchen

Cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room. Dirty towels (with dried bloody snot), the pillow is yellow and stinks of sweat. The beds are hard, in the morning it feels like being kicked in the back. The toilet was leaking, but it was fixed, we spent a day on it.
