The restaurant was visited when the "Gastro-fest" festival was taking place. The dishes in the restaurant were delicious, fresh, and great. We were completely delighted with the soup, and in principle, pleasant gastronomic impressions were received from the whole set.
One of the disadvantages of the establishment is that it looks more like a cafe than a restaurant. I would like the guys to make the restaurant itself more cozy and beautiful, so that there would be a desire not only to go in and have a quick delicious snack with them, but also to come to celebrate a birthday or other family holiday.
In general, I recommend visiting the institution. I'm attaching photos of our treats.

One star is a lot, we just didn't print the review. The Rabinalli restaurant was contacted based on recommendations and good reviews about the cuisine on NOVEMBER 21, 2024. We have booked a table for 15 people on the occasion of the wedding celebration.(There was no reservation except for us for that day). On JANUARY 3, 2025, I called, confirmed the reservation and that we would be 100% satisfied and the order would be placed in a few days. The girl confirmed,, Yes, of course, come,,. And what was our surprise when TODAY, on JANUARY 6, we come to place an order, and we are not even there, and on January 10 they have a special.The service is a wedding!!!!!!!! The administrator, Natalia, was surprised when she went to the refusal office, But did you come? When??? Who wrote to you???? And where were you enrolled????" We showed a photo of the menu that day. It was going on, But where did you call!!??? When???? Are you sure you called???? No one called!!!! ,, We have shown the call log. AND HERE'S A SURPRISE!!!!!! IT WAS THIS GIRL NATALIA, THE RECEPTIONIST, who talked to me. And then the apologies began!!!! What's the point??? The mood is spoiled and instead of preparing for Christmas, we are forced to look for a place to hold our celebration!!! If we compare the price-quality principle, then this institution has no competitors in Gomel at all - everything is perfect here: the rolls are just awesome, the pizza is excellent, the food is good. The interior is beautiful and, what is most pleasant, there are soft sofas at the tables, it is comfortable to sit. To top it off, there is great music for those who like to dance. Those who love silence are not here. It's like in the song: "in a noisy restaurant hall...." And last but not least, the waiters!!! Excellent attitude to the client. Still, there is one drawback - these are upholstered seats, which are covered in some places and the dermantine is cracked - it would be nice to tighten some sofas

I will supplement the review as the opinion is ambiguous. The food is really good, but there was an unpleasant situation with the organization. We booked a table for 13.05.2025, 21:00 for two. During the booking, we immediately looked at the menu and immediately decided on the order for ourselves. We wanted to order it right away, but the girl working there said that it was not necessary and we could decide on the spot. My jamb is that I didn't take a picture of the menu they gave us, and you can consider it unreliable information, but in fact the price turned out to be more than it was originally. This is just my opinion and because of my carelessness it doesn't mean that the restaurant is bad.When we arrived on the appointed day and time (we arrived 15 minutes earlier and were seated without any problems), it turned out that there was an anniversary nearby for other visitors who were very noisy. We were warned on the spot that it would be loud, and yes, the loud conversations of strangers were certainly annoying, but no more, and then... Then very loud music started playing and everyone who was sitting at that table got up and started dancing. It was simply unrealistic to talk and it was unpleasant that no one had warned about such a program in advance. I was celebrating my birthday myself and the mood was ruined. They ordered only drinks and salad, paid off and left. We planned to have a good meal and have a quiet evening, but it turned out like this. I don't know what it was like for the other people at the neighboring tables, who were also just eating, but it was uncomfortable for me. I would like to be warned about such things in advance by phone.

THEY have DETERIORATED a LOT lately and in several ways at once!
First of all, if you order pizza, how lucky will you be with the pizza guy: instead of garlic sauce, it's solid mayonnaise, then champignons, if only... Is the pizza cold!?!? By the way, it takes only 7 minutes to get from them by car.
Secondly, an order made in the morning by phone with delivery at the end of the day at a certain time for children in the DR managed to arrive more than an hour late and completely cold.
And, thirdly, we ordered pizza delivery last time. We promised delivery within 1-1.5 hours. But as usual, after 1.5 hours, you have to call yourself, remind you about the order and find out when it will be. In response, just "wait" ...
if competitors promise and deliver up to 40 minutes. Then they only promise a maximum of 1.5 hours, but in fact boldly 2 + hours.
To date, this is the worst quality of delivery service!!!

It reminded me of the style of the 90s, there is no desire to visit this institution yet. The food is not very tasty, there is something wrong with the ventilation, it is very stuffy even with the windows open, the toilet is dirty and smells, the waiters are sluggish and with dissatisfied faces. The only good thing they have is pizza to take away. You have to wait two and a half hours for delivery, but it's inexpensive and tastes pretty good.

We made an order for 2 pizzas. We specially chose pizzas without mushrooms because the child does not like them. As a result, we waited an hour and a half and now we have pizza. We open it and it turns out that there are a lot of mushrooms in both pizzas, I would even say that almost all the filling is mushrooms. Although their composition should not be there. On one side there are partitions a la "fence" in the company with some pomposity on the walls, on the other side there are hardly tables in the company with a TV as in a canteen, there is no Barista, waiters prepare coffee, which, by the way, clearly do not reach the restaurant in terms of service level. Therefore, we prefer not to eat there, however, the kitchen is not bad (we ordered delivery). For some time now, the terms of delivery have changed and, alas, not for the better... Now, in order for the order to be delivered, you need to order a minimum amount of 15 rubles, thereby forcing the consumer to buy more than they would like. Now we will not order delivery either, and it's not about money, but about the institution's attitude to customers! Two stars exclusively for chefs.

You can't come to a restaurant to sit quietly if songs are being sung to the whole hall and there is some kind of disco going on, you just want to get away from there. There is no taste, some of the milk has apparently been replaced with water. What already seems easier is a glass of milk, ice, pour espresso, but a fiasco!
