The hotel is excellent, the cleanliness is comfortable and the most important thing is the staff. Responsive and friendly people work. The atmosphere of a big family, always help and prompt. A restaurant with delicious cuisine and wonderful guys. They greet you with a smile.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the good-natured reception. We were passing through, the highway to Petropavlovsk was blocked in a snowstorm and we had to look for a hotel with three children. We arrived late at night, and we were greeted by a smiling girl at the reception. While my husband was filling out the documents and paying, she gave me the keys with the children, since the children were sleeping on the move. We felt warm and cared for. The rooms are clean, towels, sheets, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo. We took a two-room suite with two large beds. Many thanks to the staff and the owner of this hotel.

The rooms are clean, it's nice that there are towels, the relatively convenient location if you come from Russia is located near the old railway station, It's very nice that there is a mosque nearby! I would give this hotel 10 stars
