Terrible agency! The worst of all! When you sign up, they write and call a hundred times! And when you contact their agency, an MFO employee is rude, rude, and the support service does not respond to WhatsApp or email! Their number is the only one indicated-there is a reset in general. I paid the loan on 12.03.2025 through cashier 24, today, on 16.03.2025, the payment has not been made yet, there is a delay, they ruined my credit history with their repulsive agency! I write on 03/13/2025 on WhatsApp, I open the checks, I say to deal with the delay and penalties-so the Quick Money employee responds like this: "you're smart," "very", "if you were financially educated, you wouldn't be in debt to the MFO!!!" Thus, she discredits the reputation of her agency! I'm not writing about the incompetence of an employee, not the ability to conduct business correspondence with clients, customer orientation and an insult to my education and my honor! The 4th day of delay is underway, no one has figured it out, they are not responding, and they are not responding to an official email. The support service is not working. Whatsapp is not working. No wonder the legal address is Kalinina village. I'm going to visit Nurly Tau tomorrow and take a look at their office. And then with a complaint to the ARFR AND the NATIONAL BANK, as well as to all social networks.
