By Moscow standards, the salon is not premium class, but the prices are higher than in Moscow. There was a moment when I had to wait for the recording master for more than 30 minutes, no one warned me about it, the master was also rude in the end.
Administrators are not very good at their job. Not all masters are highly qualified.
But definitely one of the best places in the city.

I love this salon, the service is at the level of an expensive Moscow salon. The prices are affordable, the staff is sensitive and polite. How many times did I need to be assembled quickly, I always came to them and all the masters coped with their work perfectly. Manicures, pedicures, eyebrows are the only ones. Always tea, coffee, sweets will be offered and nothing will be taken for it. Well done!

I give one star for the disgusting customer service, on the part of the administrator. Firstly, the administrator seemed to have left his workplace and stopped fulfilling his work obligations earlier than expected, I could not sign up to WA from 20:57.
The administrator allows himself to record you on his own, without your permission, even if you are interested in the masters to choose, you are already automatically registered, as happened to me at Kazhymukan 49. Moreover, you will wait at least 30 minutes for an answer from the administrator, and if you still wait for it, then do not expect to receive a detailed answer, expect to receive an answer from the series:
"yes", "?", etc
. The administrator writes extremely briefly and it is repulsive, also when I asked for the work of a hair stylist, an eyebrow specialist and a sugaring master, I just got screenshots of their pages on Instagram, and the sugaring master, so there was no professional page at all, so to speak: "Go to trust the master."

I do not recommend it!
The manicure peeled off a week later, I arrived for a re-coating, they issued a new invoice of 12,000 tenge, when I asked about the discount, since everything fell off, they said we have a 3-day warranty,....what kind of guarantee is this, customer orientation is zero! It is clear why the whole hall was empty!
