I really liked everything, from the rooms to the staff! We do not regret that we chose this particular hotel, everything is clean and tidy, the breakfasts were included, the food is delicious and varied, everyone will find something to their liking.
Upon check-in, we were given dinner at their restaurant (a nice bonus with delicious food). The hotel has everything: a swimming pool (it's a pity it only has cold water, but after the sauna it's perfect), the sauna itself (2 types), a gym, a room for children, a restaurant, a cafe.
There is a part of the beach with hotel sun beds, the beach is across the street (2 minutes walk).
+ There were 2 Russian-speaking people in the hotel, there was always someone who could answer any questions, they helped sincerely and in everything.
+ I clean the rooms every day and report everything that you managed to use (toothbrushes, ear sticks, nail files, combs..), bed linen is changed every day.
The hotel offers stunning views of the sea and the island of Winperl (we took a room with a view and a balcony).

A beautiful hotel with a cozy, spacious two-room suite overlooking the coastline. Inside the hotel, you can get lost among the corridors in search of an elevator. The food is delicious, the breakfasts are excellent and the dishes are served beautifully for dinner.
Be prepared for the fact that disposable slippers are not provided here. But Vietnamese slates will be waiting for you through your finger, ta daam - not new, but used by the past residents of the room. Consider this fact. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We liked the wonderful hotel. we rested for 14 nights from 08/23/2024 to 09/6/2024. exclusive room with ocean view with breakfast.
the room is large enough with a huge bed, a high-quality mattress and very comfortable pillows, the bed linen is snow-white and pleasant to the senses.
the air conditioner is running quietly, almost inaudible.
The plumbing is expensive with automatic water temperature control, there is a bathtub and a shower cabin. the water pressure is strong, the water flow is excellent and odorless. lots of hygiene supplies (toothbrushes, comb, razor, ear sticks, nail file)naturally shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. there is a hair dryer powerful enough.
well-thought-out lighting in the room is convenient to use. there is a smart TV with a variety of programs.
a set for making tea or coffee.there is a refrigerator with a pay bar (prices are reasonable)
, a safe, an ironing board.
There are two armchairs on the balcony, a table and a chaise longue. the view is very beautiful, especially in the evening you can see the entire coast and the Vin perl amusement park.
There are three elevators in the hotel that do a good job with all the guests. I didn't have to wait much.

The hotel has a pool on the 6th floor with ocean views.

We had a rest from November 5 to November 15, 2024. The hotel is super, I absolutely liked everything! I would like to express my special gratitude to the manager (administrator)Dima's hotel! I have never seen such dedication and love for work and guests in any hotel where I was on vacation. The feeling that this is not one person, but several of his clones. Wherever we are, Dima is right there. At breakfast, he approaches each (!) table, greets, wishes a pleasant appetite, we go to the beach- Dima is already here, helps to find a sunbed and spread a towel, we go to the pool, restaurant, reception, at the entrance to the hotel - and Dima is here. In the lobby, he helps his employees wrap suitcases in foil, weigh luggage and much more!Just a wonderful man, thanks to him our vacation has become even more pleasant and comfortable! He does not leave any guest unattended! Initially, we got a room without a balcony, but on the 5th day we were offered to move into a room with a balcony and the most beautiful view of the sea! The hotel cares so much about its guests that if initially you got a regular room, then as soon as you are released, they offer you to spend the rest of your vacation in a room with a sea view and a balcony and all this is absolutely free (!!!) In other hotels, this is all for an additional fee, unfortunately.The location of the hotel is very convenient, 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. To the left and right of the hotel there are restaurants, shops, massage, fruit stalls.The Sapphire pharmacy is all there: currency exchange products, souvenirs can be taken there, do not go anywhere, 3-5 minutes from the hotel.Main attractions (Big White Buddha, Cham Towers) 10 min by taxi. Nice hotel, I liked everything. Excellent food, good furniture, Russian-speaking receptionist. On the downside, the beach is across the road, which is not easy to cross, pedestrians are not allowed. The hotel is very nice. Strong 4 stars by European standards. The most important thing is that there is excellent service and just a wonderful atmosphere. We had a rest from March 8 to March 19, 2024. We were amazed by the cordiality, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The rooms are clean, (with a sea view we were given without extra charge), cozy, bathrooms bath-shower-toilet. Daily change of towels and bathrobes-room cleaning. Coffee, tea, water and a full set in the bathroom (w/ paste with a brush, shower cap with a hair band, disposable razor + shaving cream, w / sticks, w / discs, nail file + wand and comb, shower gel, shampoo, balm - daily). The breakfasts are varied: there are soups, porridges, vegetables, cereals, pork, sausage, Vietnamese cuisine, omelet eggs, various fruits, pastries. The beach is good, towels are given out on sun beds, the sea is wonderfully warm, the location of the hotel is good. And, most importantly, the hotel staff. There are 5 stars here!!!! A wonderful administrator who speaks Russian. He was like a dear brother to us)

Valid for only 3 hours. Then you need to go to the hotel again. It's not very convenient. The pool is very cold. A few days later, two more women contacted the reception about the loss of money in the room. The staff didn't do anything. Conclusion such staff steals rooms. This is the biggest disadvantage. I can't say anything bad about breakfast, there was always a lot of choice.The sauna was always cold. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, always carry money with you. The hotel is 5 ✴️, everything is at the highest level, located on the first line, there are rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea, the hotel has its own part of the beach with free sun beds. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, a SPA with excellent massage, a restaurant with a rooftop lounge area, a dining room on two floors with a huge selection (buffet) for breakfast. There are many cafes near the hotel, the "Sapphire pharmacy store" - where everything is available, the Lotus center and the "night market" are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). I highly recommend this hotel if you decide to relax in Nha Trang.

We had a rest from January 26 to February 5. The hotel does not pull 5! The spa is generally on 3, the pool is just icy, the sauna is one name. We, a group of friends from Kazakhstan, consisting of three people, chose this hotel considering the numerous positive reviews. But there are pros and cons.:
We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful interior and the convenient location. There is a good spa, a swimming pool, a beach across the street with comfortable sun loungers. The view from the window gave a special charm to our stay.
However, we cannot but mention several negative points that seriously affected our impression. I was especially disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. On the 4th day of our vacation, we visited the breakfast restaurant twice and could not enjoy a delicious morning meal.
The selection of fruits was very small, and the lack of local exotic fruits such as mango or dragon fruit disappointed us. After ordering sausages with scrambled eggs and bacon, we found that the sausages were bland, and the bacon was too dry and not fresh. It was the first time in our lives that we tasted such tasteless sausages. They took corbonara pasta, there was no bacon in the dish at all. The pasta turned out to be tough, as if undercooked, and the sauce itself also left much to be desired.
On the 3rd day, we ordered a lunchbox, as we did not have time to have breakfast, we left early in the morning for an excursion. We were given only two slices of bread with an incomprehensible tasteless sausage, two small empty croissants and some fruit. We didn't eat enough of this breakfast, and we didn't even want to eat half of it. I'm not talking about the pleasure of eating anymore.
In addition, we happened to encounter an unpleasant incident during our stay. When we tried to take a bike taxi to the hotel, we were faced with dishonesty on the part of the driver, who began to demand a fee five times higher than the originally agreed price. We did not agree to pay 5 times more. The driver started shouting at us very loudly, grabbing our hands, shoving the money we were giving by the scruff of the neck and generally behaved like a bandit. In such an unpleasant situation, we hoped that the hotel would help us, but in fact the hotel simply sided with this extortionist.
The hotel security guard did not show any reaction to the aggressive behavior of the taxi driver. Even when he started grabbing and pulling our hands, and also blocked our way to the hotel, the guard remained a passive observer. The question is, then why do we need it at all? For beauty?
The representative of the hotel, the girl from the reception, not only failed to help us, but also did not try to explain anything or talk to the driver and just asked us to pay the money. Her phrase "it's only $4" actually stunned us. That is, if you are being deceived, extorted money, shouted at and used physical force, then you do not need to do anything about it if it is only $ 4. In her opinion, we should have just paid this half-bandit and that's it! We were very upset by this incident and it's not about money at all. We spend money every day, buy gifts for our relatives, eat in establishments, take fruits. But when we are brazenly fooled, extorted, shouted at, grabbed and pulled by the hands, this is unacceptable. The hotel did not help us in any way in our situation, which anyone can become a victim of. This incident upset and blurred the impressions of a pleasant stay.
We are sure that appropriate measures should be taken in such a prestigious institution to address such situations, and we are very sorry that we did not receive proper support from the hotel. We hope that the hotel administration will take measures to improve the quality of service and prevent similar incidents in the future.

A great hotel, Well received and very quickly checked into the room. Most of the staff at the reception speaks Russian, any issues are resolved. A special employee will unobtrusively find out if the guests like everything and if there are any wishes. The room is large with a wonderful view of the sea. The hotel has a plot with sun loungers and umbrellas on the city beach. The hotel is located on the first coastline, but you have to cross the road to the beach. 1500 meters from the Lotus, the southern part of the city. A good, clean hotel, the staff does not know much Russian and English (a small number of them do, mostly managers), but my best advice for traveling in Vietnam is this, show with gestures what you need, all Vietnamese are kind and helpful. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, I didn't use either (the pool is small for me, but I didn't want to go to the sauna at 30+ somehow). If you are a lover of the sea, then just take a ticket at the reception, go straight from the main entrance and come to the beach, there are separate hotel sun beds with a "lifeguard, guard".The room was cleaned well, there were no problems with the staff, everything was done well. They have a kitchen with zakos under PP, so don't expect fried alligator with pomegranate sauce, but I personally liked it. We took only breakfast, and in the evening we went to the Grill Garden (a very cool cafe, stuffy really). The views from the windows are wonderful, if you take the 15th floor, you can enjoy views of the sea, part of the city and the mountains.

The hotel is a little short of a full 5*, but it is not bad compared to the others in the vicinity. This is the first line, 150-200 meters to the beach, but you will have to cross the road. This is a separate "charm" of Vietnam. We had a Premier room with sea view with a huge bed (a gorgeous mattress with gorgeous pillows and a blanket) and another sleeping place was a cot - like a full-fledged bed, but still a cot for the second child, we brought an inflatable bed with us. The room is small. The big surprise was in the bathroom, for some reason, the bathroom was glass))), but no one would see you from the room - you could close the roll curtain. The rooms were cleaned every day. There is a mini bar in the fridge. The sticker is free on free products. Paid ones are inexpensive, but in comparison with stores they are three times more expensive. We had breakfast (a good buffet) and dinner - there were already two menus to choose from. The dinner is so-so, really, you can eat. The staff is considering, not annoying. In principle, I recommend it.

The problem with sunbeds is straight. A towel and a voucher for a sunbed are provided for each guest. The time is specified in the ticket, and they really ask to be released after three hours. They won't give you a ticket again the second time on the same day. And on the beach there are sun beds and umbrellas only from the hotel. There are almost no trees giving shade. The coolest hotel. Just drop Your Head)))) the interior is cool, cleaning and changing regularly. The balcony overlooks the sea and the coastline, and in the evening the scenery is indescribable. Food, a separate respect!!!! The breakfasts were crazy with their variety. I was personally greeted by the hotel manager in the morning, which is doubly pleasant. The staff is smart, polite, diligent, respectful. 10 out of 10 for everything!!!!!

I really liked the hotel, starting with the Russian-speaking Vietnamese at the reception) Great room, with a nice view of the sea. Room cleaning is excellent, towels were also changed on time. Excellent breakfasts. Nice spa! There is a children's room and a small gym. We had our own small beach, we were at the beginning of the pandemic, so there were already few vacationers, so there were no problems with sun beds. We provided a free shuttle service - a spacious, clean minibus. A wonderful experience of this hotel! The only thing that confused me at first was that it was necessary to leave passports as collateral, but it turned out to be a common practice in Vietnam
