I came to pay the loan for my friends since they are not in Kazakhstan, I lost 2 hours in the queue.and they do not accept a certificate from the Caspian Sea . why Electronic documents are not valid for them.and the girl is like a sleepy fly and does not know how to accept payments from 3 persons at all

Explain to your cashiers that they are obliged to accept a Visa card , even if the card is issued by their competitor Caspian Bank. We spent an hour of my time proving that the payment terminal does not work at first and we accept payment only in cash . Then all the cashiers gathered and began to prove to me that only 100,000 tenge is withdrawn from the Caspian card at most. I asked to call the senior in the department , poked around for half an hour on the computer , then the persuasion began that why do you need to pay a commission to the Caspian , I paid in half with grief . I have not seen this in any banks in the world . Only in our country this confrontation between banks works .

Competent consultants, it would be better if employees were more responsible about their work, and not like that, work is going on, wages are dripping. By the time your turn comes, it's already evening. I wish I had more compassion....
