DON'T BUY FROM THEM! The most disgusting developer!
1. Managers are polite to the client only before the payment is made. After receiving the money, they begin to ignore requests and do not answer calls.
2. Clients are being misled about the three-fold postponement of the completion date. In fact, the developer enters into a preliminary agreement and indefinitely postpones the deadlines. The facility is being put into operation without connecting communications, as a result of which customers are forced to wait for apartment keys, then permission for repairs, and paperwork. Problems arise at every stage, but there is nowhere to complain, since no government agency responds. The developer's staff says: “Write wherever you want, nothing will happen to us.”
It was somehow completed, but I really regretted taking the property from them. Terrible attitude

The worst developer, a lot of problems after the commissioning of housing! Parking is not provided, built-in kindergartens have not been operating for 5 years, there must be a separate building, drains were not equipped, nets were not installed in the ventilation shaft, now birds are building nests there, on April 7, 2025, after a downpour, the upper floors of Alma City 3, d 12/9 were flooded. Think about it before you buy a house from them, you're giving away your money for a hack job.

I expected that against the background of the construction site next to the 2nd stage there would be some kind of customer orientation, but no. It is strange that the management has such an approach. I do not recommend taking it on the top floor. Moisture will reach the wiring in the near future.

Someone has white, black, glass, siding of all colors, wood, etc. The appearance of the houses is terrible. Nobody cares.
