DON'T BUY FROM THEM! The most disgusting developer!
1. Managers are polite to the client only before the payment is made. After receiving the money, they begin to ignore requests and do not answer calls.
2. Clients are being misled about the three-fold postponement of the completion date. In fact, the developer enters into a preliminary agreement and indefinitely postpones the deadlines. The facility is being put into operation without connecting communications, as a result of which customers are forced to wait for apartment keys, then permission for repairs, and paperwork. Problems arise at every stage, but there is nowhere to complain, since no government agency responds. The developer's staff says: “Write wherever you want, nothing will happen to us.”
It was somehow completed, but I really regretted taking the property from them. Terrible attitude

The worst developer, a lot of problems after the commissioning of housing! Parking is not provided, built-in kindergartens have not been operating for 5 years, there must be a separate building, drains were not equipped, nets were not installed in the ventilation shaft, now birds are building nests there, on April 7, 2025, after a downpour, the upper floors of Alma City 3, d 12/9 were flooded. Think about it before you buy a house from them, you're giving away your money for a hack job.

Disgusting company! There are no words to describe my anger! We bought an apartment from them on assignment for the full price, we have been waiting for more than 10 months! They expired the contract for half a year, gave us the keys and locked the entrances! There was no access to the apartment, and there is no access. But the managers' honor: they were gracious! They sent you the keys, let's go to the meeting. Seriously? And what should we do with these keys? You can't enter the entrance, and the apartment, respectively, too. Again, everyone is lying and being fed breakfast! We also signed an act for them that we accepted the apartment and from that day on we pay for communal services and so on. The company sucks! Do not contact anyone here!
