But at the prices of d/t, it's a complete horror!!! It means that Kazakh cars are filled with 295 tons, and Russians with 450 tons! Where is the helpfulness? I think it would be fair if at Russian gas stations, hang two price tags on the DT: -Cars with Russian license plates for 60 rubles / liter, and Kazakh license plates for 100 rubles / litre!!! That would be fair!!! And then let the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan scratch his turnips.....😡
