Everything is fine at the gas station, except for the absence of a winter diesel engine.
It is better not to turn off a diesel car, even at night - the filter or tank freezes. The antigel won't help. If you are traveling from the Russian Federation, refuel there with winter diesel fuel or Arctic diesel fuel, you will be more alive and definitely not freeze. It is cold in Khromtau in winter -25-30 and the wind feels like -32-40* S.
There is a technical inspection point and you can also get insurance there. The owner is Beck, a very friendly person.
