A shameful company. The flight was delayed by 6 hours, and the child had to be picked up, despite the fact that a seat was paid for so that all passengers could fly, since there were fewer seats on the plane than needed. They promised to refund the money, but in fact they say to contact the agency where they took the ticket. Why do I need this hemorrhoid? In words, they are just great, but in fact they are an empty place. And there were no announcements on the speakerphone, people were just shocked. They fed me, though, and thanks for that.
Qazaq Air is the worst airline in Kazakhstan. I had two experiences with this sharashka office. Face in the dirt twice. The flight was canceled after 4 hours of waiting. Plus, a refund of 2 weeks + took a commission will not refund the entire amount! I'll clap my hands when they go bankrupt. Shame on you!!!!!!!
