The food is delicious, the standard of the Kaganate is maintained, clean and tidy, the bathroom is comfortable, the prices in the Kaganate are very low for 700 tenge you can take half a portion of rich soup, several pieces of bread and free boiling water as much as you want, I love the Kaganate for the availability of dietary dishes.

Столовая в самом центре города - вещь, конечно, хорошая, но в этом есть и свои неудобства - парковка везде платная, постоянные пробки, большое количество приезжих в столовой, а отсюда и некоторый дискомфорт при посещении заведения.
Еда конкретно в данной столовой "Каганат" на четверку. И не отвратно, но и "вау-эффекта" я не почувствовал.
Персонал - на тройку. Особенно хочется отметить бездействие администратора. В зале беснуются маленькие дети, носятся по всему залу, создают дискомфорт для посетителей. И тут бы администратору вмешаться и попросить угомонить своих детей. Но нет. Никто никому ничего не говорит.
Время ожидания. Долго. Очереди большие, время обслуживания каждого отдельного посетителя - дольше среднего.
Чистота. На четверку. Не идеально чисто, но и ощущения отвращения от нежелания прикоснуться к любому предмету из боязни запачкаться тоже нет.
Атмосфера. Пять баллов. Пусть он уже не новый, но мне нравится. Красивая яркая мебель, яркие краски. Интересные дизайнерские решения в оформлении. Раньше еще и детский уголок был. Жаль, что пришел в упадок.
По общим ощущениям - 3 звезды. Печально. Сеть столовых "Каганат" медленно, но верно скатывается в пропасть. И то, из-за чего люди раньше сюда шли, в Каганате больше нет, а именно: вкусная кухня, приемлемые цены и быстрое и качественное обслуживание - этого здесь больше нет. Каганат стал обычной столовой с достаточно высокими ценами. А раз так, возможно, стоит попробовать сходить куда-нибудь еще.

Вкусно,средний чек на человек за у недели получился около 2 т. Тенге за раз поесть. Всегда можно взять с собой, есть доставка. В обеденное время очереди дай Боже. Касса на доп закупку она же на доставку работает очень долго есть санузел, чтобы помыть руки и сходить в туалет. Персонал приветливый, 24/7 за что можно поставить им +5. Кстати где поесть ни в 2 ГИС ни в Яндексе не показывает, только по названию, исправьте будет больше клиентов, приезжие ищут где можно нормально покушать, но в сервисах карт нет хэштэгов по вам
