In general, the hotel was quite adequate for its money, there were discos almost every day, the food was good, meat, fish, fruits every day, you can always find something to eat, but of course without frills. Alcohol is also normal, beer, cocktails, wine. The beach, yes, is for an amateur, but there is a pantone, you can jump from it and go down to swim with a mask, watch the fish. I also advise you to take a bus for 30-40 minutes to Alanya to Cleopatra beach, despite the fact that the beach is public and there are a lot of people, the water was incredibly clean, especially when there are no waves, you could take pictures underwater.

The hotel is not the most modern, the furniture is too old, the renovation is too. The staff is polite. There are no playgrounds, only one small complex of three slides. The pools are good, there are slides for teenagers and toddlers. Many people in the hotel were sick with enterovirus, both adults and children. The food is varied. Poorly washed dishes were often found. The beach is sandy, but very small, literally two lanes for sun loungers. There is no room for swimming, because both boats go out to sea on the left and on the right. There is not enough space on the beach...if you like to relax on the beach, then you will not like it here. There are several shops and a large market near the hotel. The hotel definitely does not pull for five declared stars, but 3-4 is worthy.

We had a rest in July. The 5star hotel is ultra all inclusive. The territory is really a park, a lot of greenery, palm trees with bananas, pomegranates, figs, olives, grapes, tangerines, flowers. I watched a video about this hotel before the trip and completely agree with the reviews that this is a hotel with a soul, it is very cozy, friendly. A huge contribution is made by the staff. We settled in almost immediately. There are responsive young guys at the reception, you can take water bottles from them if you run out in the room. The room was cleaned every day. There are a lot of waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders are friendly. Everyone is young, rustling briskly, responding with a smile to your every request. There is 1 bar in the lobby around the clock, 1 bar at the pool until 12, a bar on the beach, 1 mini bar was open during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar makes delicious cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The beer is delicious, the wine is delicious, not disgusting sourness, also gin, whiskey rakia, vodka, baileys type liqueur. If you missed breakfast or lunch, then there were always pasta, cutlets, salads, French fries, sauces, rolls on the plage, you can assemble yourself a burger. Nuggets and French fries were cooked near the children's pool, auntie roasts very tasty gozleme tortillas in a wooden gazebo, and cakes near the main restaurant on the street. There was always plenty to choose from in the main restaurant. Stewed beef, chicken in various forms, turkey with gravy, liver, lamb kidneys, various salads, Turkish dishes, fried fish every day, delicious soups, a lot of pastries, delicious achma, cakes. I can't list everything, you won't be hungry for sure! There is 1 visit to the ala kart restaurant near the beach, it is better to sign up immediately. The restaurant has high chairs for toddlers. Special thanks to the animation team!!!! They just made our vacation! From 10 a.m. from the very roosters (included) and until 12 at night, no one was allowed to get bored. Water polo, Darts, volleyball, inflatable trampolines with obstacles and with a bull, where very fun competitions for children and adults took place. Aqua aerobics, morning exercises like yoga, step aerobics. With children, you can paint a T-shirt or make a picture of colored sand for a fee. In the evening, children's animation began at 9 o'clock in the amphitheater, followed by an adult program: acrobats performed, Turkish dances, Miss Aventura competition, the best couple, drummers. Near the main adult pool there was a performance by a singer, live music, a karaoke evening, there was a super club disco with a DJ at a huge remote control, with smoke and lasers. The animators dance with everyone, they talk during the day, all young, friendly and cool guys, we learned their club dance and danced with them. Animators also take us to a nightclub in Alanya, we were with the children, so we didn't go, but those who went liked it. There is also a babysitting service. The pool was the main adult from 120cm to 160cm. A pool with slides (included according to the schedule) and a children's pool with slides, a bucket and climbing ladders. The beach is not big, but pleasantly sandy, the entrance is also sandy, you can also go down the ladder into the water from the pier or jump, there is a depth of 3 meters. Rescuers are on duty everywhere. It's very cool that 1 line. The road behind the hotel, across the street there are chain Turkish shops, shawarma, souvenir shop and clothes. There are big noisy hotels on the left and on the right, music is also blaring there until 12. This did not bother us at all, since we ourselves did not sleep until 12 and the door on the balcony does not let noise through quite well. The balcony is quite spacious. Condey was working properly. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest. Vouchers were bought on the onlinetours website 4 days before departure at a very good price, I recommend the Anex tour operator.

Any whim)) the pools are good. The animation is different every evening. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is delicious. Alcohol is a good choice.
The territory is beautiful and clean.
Convenient location.
The only thing we didn't have enough names for was that there were no discos, in the sense that the animation ends at 10.00. It would be possible to turn on the music a little louder than the background for an hour.

The territory of the hotel is 10!!! Clean, beautiful, green!! Everything is well maintained.
The hotel itself is very old, very. This should be borne in mind by a whimsical tourist.
Food- we are quite loyal, but we wanted a little more assortment of fish /meat. You will not stay hungry at all, there is food and snacks everywhere during the day.
The waiters in the main food area are smart guys! Lunch/dinner is served with chilled wine in chilled glasses. They are nice and friendly. They communicate.
The alcohol is good, the bartenders are smiling, friendly, joking, nice!
On the sun beds - horror! There are absolutely not enough of them. I didn't manage to lie on the sea/pier for a single day. I got up earlier and earlier every day to grab a lounger for gambling purposes, it didn't work out))) She came at 8:00 at the earliest. What time should I borrow at 6 or 5 in the morning??? I do not know))))
The animators are all active, friendly, pay attention to everyone.
Overall, the rest is great!!!!

In principle, it's not a bad hotel, but when you have something to compare it with, you realize that it could have been better
Positive: a small area, the first line, few people, mostly Russian tourists, the food is good, there is enough of everything, the rooms and the hotel itself are cleaned, it's pretty clean
Cons: they save money in the world (after 9 pm the territory turns into an impenetrable area), there are no air conditioners anywhere except in the rooms (in fact they are, they just never work) because of this, the food in the restaurant quickly turns sour, it becomes impossible to be at the reception and in the restaurant, the beach is dirty, and you look at the parts buildings near the beach will collapse, Wi-Fi is terrible, it doesn't work almost at all
The hotel is not bad, especially if you take last-minute tours, it turns out to be very profitable. But there is also a controversial point: a Russian family came to the hotel with us, but, as it turned out, there are no places in the hotel for the next few days, although they sold the ticket. They were taken to another hotel. It's just that the fact that the hotel treats its work so unfairly is very embarrassing
I also remembered that not all the staff understands Russian and English. The cleaners understand only Turkish, and a couple of reception staff also understand only it. I recommend downloading a Turkish translator, otherwise English does not always help out)

I'll go through the points that were important to us, then the overall impression.
Entertainment for children: mini disco 12 minutes, 6 songs. The child is crying.
Nutrition: a separate kind of art. Personally, I don't eat anything but rice for the 3rd day. My husband spent the second day on pasta. The child is on the brought biolacts. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. The smell of sourness and sewage is everywhere. My child and I came down with rotovirus on the 2nd day. My husband is on the 4th floor.
Everyone we've met here has been ill. Everything is with the ambulance.
Apart from the rooms, the hotel does not have an air conditioning system. From the word at all. You go out of the room to the sauna. By the time you take the elevator down, you're ready.
Sea: a small, very small, piece of dirty sea. You reach up to your chest and step on a concrete slab.
Pools: hyper-chlorinated, but this does not save from infection.
The attitude of the staff - they shoved a dollar at you and looked at you.
This is not a 5ka or even a 4ka. It's a beat-up 3a with terrible old repairs.
I haven't seen such a terrible vacation in the last 15 years.
Hungry, angry, tourists sitting on the toilet for days. During the day, we drank all the smects, entorgels.

A week of hell for 200+ is too much, even within the current prices.
I thought it was better to spend a week in Turkey at 3 than a week at home - I was very mistaken.

Even 1 star is a pity. Fortunately, I have never seen a worse hotel in Turkey before. The rooms will be given to anyone - from normal to ugly with ants and an incomprehensible stench.
The elevators, which did not always work, regularly stank of sewage. The hotel is designed for a smaller number of people who are actually accepted/settled there. There are not enough beach towels. If you come after 10, you won't get everything - come after lunch, then, like, they'll do the laundry. There are just not enough sun beds on the beach and on the pier, but to be in the shade (with an umbrella or under a canopy), there are just 2 dozen of them in total. The rest is all in the sun.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. For an additional fee, of course, you will be moved from a septic tank with a view of the road and a roaring air conditioner, and even inexpensively - for € 40. And then you will know the beauty of this hotel: the struggle for sun beds, for air conditioning in the dining room, stand waiting for a beach towel - the dispenser will never come on time, go to the dining room or grab a rotovirus. The hotel is old, the furniture and linen are appropriate, air conditioning instead of shampoo - and you have to ask for it. Why on earth would that be??? They say it is being closed for reconstruction. It's about time!

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Barely makes it to 4.
Upon check-in, we waited more than an hour for a room to be given to us, and we arrived at 12 a.m. on September 16, 2024, very tired from the road.
And so we were given a number… It smells terribly of air freshener, the Windows overlook the smoking room, the smell of cigarettes enters the room, the room looks like we went to the dorm. We have a small child of 3 years old. After three hours of swearing, we were given a better room. The receptionist at the reception initially knowing that we had a small child, gave us a terrible smelly room so that we would pay extra for a good room! As they say, "anything for your money."
Two cockroaches were personally seen in the toilet on the 1st floor. As we later found out, our room was above the kitchen, and cockroaches were poisoned in the rooms, and from there the smells of air fresheners so that we would not feel anything. The second number is already better than the first one.
The menu is for an amateur. But still, you can find the usual food for yourself. In most cases, everything is spicy with a bunch of seasonings. There are no normal juices for children here. There is a vending machine, but they paint the language terribly. It's all chemistry. There are high chairs for children - it is convenient.
We left tips, the room was cleaned perfectly, once we even made swans and a heart out of towels. Friends didn't leave tips, so they didn't even make their beds and didn't wash their floors.
Nice hotel grounds. Four pools. There are slides for adults and for children.
You can also play volleyball, basketball, table
tennis, mini golf (it's kind of for an extra.payment). Every morning there is stretching, water polo, exercises in the water, there is a hammam.
The beach is small, the sun beds have been occupied since 8 a.m. But it didn't bother us, we were swimming with a high)
The service staff in most cases know Russian perfectly well.
At the bar near the sea, you can book a dinner with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the receptionists at the reception do not talk about this and do not warn that you need to book in advance. All tables are booked 5 days in advance (in our case it was like this)
The hotel is considered a "family hotel", that is, single men are not settled. And in fact, they are still settling in! A man got to our child, he wanted to take it with him! After the fights and swearing, the owner of the hotel, the gendarmes, arrived and began to find out what had happened. The man was evicted. It turned out that he was the only one who was settled on the same day when everything happened.
Also, on the day of our departure, another man was evicted. In general, in fact, this has never been a family hotel.
This is not how we imagined a vacation.
We will not come to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it to you!

The room was on the 5th floor, cleaning every day, cleanliness. The air conditioner cooled down and froze))). There were even swans))) accordingly, from the sheet. Meals are a good five. Alcohol is also great. Animation from 10.00 to the evening, the girls have a separate respect!!! The sea is clean and warm, the area is clean. Sun beds are free, towels for the beach on the cards are also free. I really liked it, I advise you, special thanks to the hotel management!

When you arrive home, wash everything at 60 degrees or steam it. Many tourists have track-shaped bites on their backs, but since they are drunk, they may not notice. The air conditioners are dirty. My husband washed himself in all three rooms. There is mud on the beach. The tables are sticky, the furniture is dead, the toilets are dirty, the food is not tasty and monotonous. But you can eat something! Watermelons, melons, apples, pears, plums are made from fruits. They were not ripe, but you need to be able to choose. Once they gave ice cream balls in a cone. Fish every day. Alcohol is normal, vodka is Polish, Balis is Italian. Cola and sprite are natural. It was very hot! There was about one air conditioner in the dining room, which was not very cold. It is not possible to eat! It's strange that they didn't go, they didn't catch the intestine, maybe Enterosgel helped) Cucumbers came across sour. The sea is warm, the pool is warm. There are few sun beds, but they were always found. There are many Russians! it saved our vacation. We went to a bar near the sea and hung out until the morning with our column! It was fun! Lights out at 11.30 pm. Cleaning every day, if you can call it cleaning) just changed towels and put water on, shampoos were not put on, you need to ask, disposable slippers were taken away for 3 days, glasses in the room were not washed, plumbing was not washed, I took a sponge from home and washed myself, black hair lay on the sink for 2 days until I washed the sink.
Of the advantages, only alcohol and sweets. The staff are doing well, they try their best to keep this barn) the waiters are from Kazakhstan, they know Russian. And they said that the hotel will be closed for renovation this year ! As a result, cheerful Russian tourists and alcohol made our vacation the most fun! The hotel looks simple, with a standard layout.
We had a rest together with our son, 17 years old.
We arrived at the hotel at about eight o'clock in the evening. Just in time for dinner. We were put up in a family room with a sea view for one night. There is a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa. A beautiful view of the sea, but the window glass is hideously dirty - streaked, as if it had been wiped with a dirty rag. The room overlooks not only the sea, but also the pool. The pool is noisy.
The next day we were accommodated in a room with one double and one single bed. The room is angular, quite spacious. View partly of the sea, partly of the neighboring hotel. The window glass is very dusty. Apparently, it was not washed after the rainy season. There are chips on the tiles in the bathroom, slightly worn beds, there are holes on the curtains. But the main surprise is that there is no door in the shower. We complained at the reception. Two Turkish masters came, looked, and left. The reception assured that the door was ordered, it will be delivered in two days. But they never arrived.
The room is cleaned daily, 1.5 liters of water per day are provided. The hotel has coolers.
It should be noted that the corridors of the hotel are quite dusty, the windows are dusty.
The territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. There are oranges, palm trees, pomegranates, and a well-groomed lawn.
A nice pool with a depth of 1.5 to 1.6 meters. The water is very warm, it even warms up too much during the day. There is also a swimming pool with two large slides. There is a swimming pool with children's slides and there is a paddling pool for the youngest.
There are always free sun beds by the pool and on the beach.
The beach is not big but clean, with pleasant, fine sand. The sand is dark, but very soft, it is pleasant to walk.

There is also a wooden pier with a swimming area. There are differences in depth due to the rocks. and very deep places and rocks rising almost to the surface. There are many different fish, shellfish, and crabs among the rocks. Be sure to bring a mask with a tube, it will be interesting.
The food at the hotel is decent. There is also meat, fish and chicken, turkey. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Watermelons, melons (very sweet), peaches, pears, apples, plums were given every day.
Unfortunately, on the third day of his stay at the hotel, his son fell ill. Intestinal infection. They took me to the doctor on insurance. They were doused with saline with antiemetic and for diarrhea. According to the blood test, a broad-spectrum antibiotic was also injected. My son stayed in bed for a couple more days. Suspicions are either about the water in the coolers (although everyone drinks it, including the staff), or about the water in the pool - it warmed up very much. Well, or I ate something in a restaurant. We ate only on the territory of the hotel.

We were vacationing with a family of 3 people (mom, brother 13 years old, I 18 years old). Children under 18 are given orange bracelets, neon glow in the dark, and black bracelets for adults. We were at this hotel from the 22nd to the 31st.
Yes, the hotel itself is a little shabby, shabby, it's obvious that it's old. BUT. If you are not going for the hotel itself, but specifically for food, sea, etc., then this is an awesome option. 10/10 meals are always very tasty! There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby. After breakfast before lunch and from lunch to dinner, there are showcases with cakes in the lobby, very tasty!! And there is also a bar near the sea at certain times.
Rooms 10/10 everything you need is in the room, you don't need much else.
Animations for 10/10 Start at 10:00 and last until nightfall. So we sat on the "Miss Aventura" and laughed with all the tourists in a voice, with Natasha from Nizhny Novgorod (Natasha is their main Turkish animator, a man dressed in a satin black dress, in a wig, with balloons instead of sis)
The territory of 10000/10 is VERY green and really like a Park. Near the bazaar, tour agency, pharmacy, shop.
The sea: very warm and comfortable!! The temperature is the same as in the pool, a maximum of one degree colder. You go out from the pool, go to the sea, jump, the difference is not noticeable ...

I don't know where people HAVEN't found Russian-speaking staff, they're ALL here. There are only a few people - the waiters (and not all of them) do not speak Russian. They understand, but they don't talk. There are Russian girls, Kazakh girls and Kazakhs, Spaniards and French in the waiters. I rate the work of the staff at 10/10. What surprised me very much was the large number of Ukrainians.. INADEQUATE UKRAINIANS. I have nothing against the nation itself, but drunk in the trash at 11 o'clock in the morning they go yelling by the pool and splashing water on everyone. And in the evening at the disco, they just swear at everyone and everything. A lot of drunken Kazakh women. Their men are normal, but the Kazakh women are all in the trash in the morning at once. People who are already drunk come to breakfast and sit yelling at their children.
As for Wi-Fi, it's free here and really no, push the lobby and God forbid at least one SMS will be sent... Therefore, we immediately bought Internet for three people for a week on the first day, which, by the way, is budget-friendly. It catches everywhere, even on the pier.

They cleaned every day. The food was delicious, although there were no frills, but there was always a choice: fish, beef, chicken, etc. In the beach cafe, starting from lunch, they also feed, they bake delicious tortillas in the oven. High-quality alcohol, good animation, gymnastics in the morning, then aqua aerobics, water polo, children's program in the evening, then adult, etc. Among the disadvantages, we can note the evening disco, club monotonous music, not everyone likes it, Russian and Turkish songs are not included, few people danced even from the youth. The entrance to the sea from the pier and from the shore, on the shore the beach is sandy with a good approach, although very small, but this is due to the landscape, the two neighboring hotels did not have a beach with sand at all, only piers.

On the right there is a pier with yachts, half of the swimming area is reserved for yachts and boats constantly cruising back and forth. On the left there is a pier with sun beds. It is better to take sun beds on the beach early, before 8 a.m., if you want a better place. Towels are given out only once, and only in the morning, they cannot be changed.
The bottom of the coastal sea is strewn with huge rocks, similar to dead coral reefs, which even at depth you can kick your feet while swimming. There are few places where you can jump off the pier.
The territory of the hotel is small, unkempt in some places, but generally cozy.
The pool is small, it stinks of chlorine. There are 2 more for the kids.
The food was for 3 people, there were dishes that I couldn't finish, they were normal. In principle, you will not starve to death, there is a lot of choice. Alcohol is normal.
Drinking water is provided on request, you need to call every day or ask at the reception. One 1.5 for everyone is brought to the room every day)) and it doesn't matter how many of you are in the room.
The rooms are cleaned normally, towels are changed every day. Soap, conditioner, etc., do not replenish themselves, also on request. Shampoo, aka shower gel, hangs in the shower on the wall in the dispenser. For example, I did not realize that shampoo was hanging on the wall (it was not signed in any way) and she went around demanding it))

The food, it seems, can even be delicious, but then, as luck would have it, we ourselves saw the sour pasta that lies under the film at plus 40. In the hotels, we didn't communicate with anyone, everyone had disorders and poisoning. Whether it's food, or a pool with an infection, it's not clear.

The first week everything was just perfect: always calm, there are places on the beach and free in the restaurant, there is no need to queue. The apocalypse has been happening for the last two days, there are a lot of people, queues are absolutely everywhere. The hotel is comfortable only with a small number of people.
Of the objective advantages: delicious food on the buffet, responsive staff, room cleaning was quite satisfactory for us, drinks at the bar were quite tolerable.
Of the cons: the free Internet works only in the lobby and is sooooo bad, so you have to buy (for money it works perfectly throughout the hotel).
The hotel itself looks faded and shabby against the background of others. It doesn't really matter if you're going beyond the sea and the beach.
There is a gym, BUT!
Out of 10 simulators, 4 work and then with a lot of creaking. There is frankly little inventory, and what there is is in terrible condition. You can, of course, come up with something and practice at least somehow, but you have to sit right there and invent exercises😅
