Today I called Pyshechnaya to place an order, but, unfortunately, I encountered extremely unprofessional service. The employee refused to accept the order, saying it took her too long to list 14 types of donuts. Moreover, she expressed herself in the spirit of: "You'll arrive sooner than I'll tell you everything."
This attitude towards clients, to put it mildly, leaves an unpleasant impression. If employees are not willing to take the time to explain the product range, why even offer orders over the phone? I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service and work with the staff.
P.S. Donuts are delicious, sometimes I buy them.

I don't like donuts. Wherever I've eaten, there's rubber inside and stuff like that outside. We arrived in Gomel, we didn't know where to go, we went to the first place we saw - pyshechnaya. I didn't even notice, but I didn't start to arise, I thought "it doesn't happen to anyone." The second time I ordered 11 crumpets, and they put 10. I only checked at home. It's a shame. They didn't put lemon and cherry.
