Today I called Pyshechnaya to place an order, but, unfortunately, I encountered extremely unprofessional service. The employee refused to accept the order, saying it took her too long to list 14 types of donuts. Moreover, she expressed herself in the spirit of: "You'll arrive sooner than I'll tell you everything."
This attitude towards clients, to put it mildly, leaves an unpleasant impression. If employees are not willing to take the time to explain the product range, why even offer orders over the phone? I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service and work with the staff.
P.S. Donuts are delicious, sometimes I buy them.

The crumpets are delicious. But there is one HUGE disadvantage. I ordered two times: the first time 10 pieces, and put nine. I didn't even notice, but I didn't start to arise, I thought "it doesn't happen to anyone." The second time I ordered 11 crumpets, and they put 10. I only checked at home. It's a shame. They didn't put lemon and cherry.

I went to a cafe according to reviews, I wanted to try local donuts. There was a queue of about 4 people inside, I waited for the order for 20 minutes, ordered assorted dishes with different sauces. The donuts themselves are delicious, like our deep-fried crumpets, poured with different syrups on top. I liked the sauces only those that are less sweet - currant, kiwi. I ate two donuts, I just tried the others, you can safely take a large set for the company. There are salty sauce options in the assortment, but these did not fit anymore. The prices are inexpensive, the coffee is good.
